All hired manpower will undergo proper orientation and training on the following:
a. SMHRSI Standard Code of Conduct, Ethics and Performance Policies;
b. Scope of assignment and job details in close coordination with the Client HR Office; and,

Basic Orientation on Security and Safety
Team OrganizationFor efficient management, supervision and operations, our
Archangels shall be organized and deployed by Sector, then by Team. A Sector handles or secures one Client with a designated Sector Leader (SL). The SL will oversee the over all performance, coordination, efficiency and effectiveness of all teams under his watch. He shall be accountable for any security breach or lapses committed by any sector member.

Depending on the area to be covered, a Sector may be composed of one or more teams, each with a Team Leader (TL). The TLshall look into the job performance, attendance, discipline and attitude of the individual member of his team.
Deployment ProceduresDeployment of manpower shall be done in close coordination
with the Client’s Human Resource manager. Deployed manpower in one company composes one Team.
During actual deployment, SMHRSI HR manager, if needed, shall endorse and accompany the team to the Client Company workplace. This includes establishment of constant liaising with the Client in monitoring the individual performance and discipline of our deployed manpower.

Control and Feedback System Mechanism
Supervision and Control MechanismWe will designate a lead person in our deployed manpowerto be
our Team Supervisor (TS). He will look into the job performance, attendance, discipline and attitude of the individual member of the team. He keeps the attendance time record of the team for eventual submission to SMHRSI Operations.

Hiring and ScreeningSMHRSI shall guarantee an efficient hiring process and pooling of

Toensure proper matching of manpower to Client’s desired skills, series of screening tools shall be used, as follows:
a. The conduct of preliminary personal interview

c. Prospective applicants may be requested to submit additional documents, whenever needed.

Payroll PreparationSMHRSI shall strictly follow the pay schedule below:

Remittances of Government Mandated BenefitsSMHRSI will be responsible for remitting government mandated
benefits (i.e. SSS, Phil Health, Pag-IBIG, ECC and other contributions for all its employees and deployed manpower.
Logistics: Supplies and EquipmentAdministrative supplies needed by our deployed manpower, such as
attendance time record, IDs, uniforms and other related materials shall be provided by SMHRSI.
WAY AHEAD MARKET CLIENTS:Industrial companies, commercial areas and corporate entities
initially in Laguna area, particularly the labor-heavy locators. Operational coverage shall be eventually expanded to other parts of the country in need of manpower services.
