考題資料庫• 支援題庫需求的定義,題庫軟件的談判和題庫的質量調查。• 考試軟件程序設計費用按照定義,在中華航空,長榮航太科技,復興航空,遠東航空沒有界面(包括來

源代碼是安全的)但能夠上網執行考試。• 準備轉換執照考試試題(需要 2000 題)。• 準備基礎執照考試試題(需要 8000 題包含 CAT-A.1.1, A1.3, B1.1, B1.3, B2 ) 。• 準備飛機機型執照考試試題(需要 7500 題包含 B747-400, A320, A330, A340, B777 ) 。基本、飛機機型、轉換執照訓練為台灣航空工作人員的訓練可以無限制使用以下培訓教具 :• 交付的 CAT - A1 基本訓練書籍 ( 但不包括 M1 、 M2 、 M8 、 M9 和 M10) ;包括教師指導,課程規劃

Consulting, Coaching and other Services

• Analysis of differences between old and new licenses, considering experience and background• Preparation of curriculum for conversion requirements• Preparation of conversion training program, customization of training books, creation of instructor guide• Quality survey of conversion examination questions• Preparation of conversion reports during project• Consulting services for maintenance departments • Assistance to authorities for speeding up the conversion process including preparation of AMC’s and Guidance Material• Coaching for surveyors, inspectors and auditors• Solving problems related to the regulation change (e.g. quality system procedures and organizational structure and reflect the changes of the Part 66/147 and their impact on CAR 145…) • Support the final drawing up of the CAA part 66 and 147 regulations. rules• Quality survey of type examination questions• Standard definition for aircraft type on the job training including log book• Know how transfer for development of Training Need Analysis (TNA).• Support the airlines and MROs to build the level 1, level 2 and level 3 training materials for different categories of the licenses (A/B1/B2/C) in accordance with the existing training materials provided by the OEM.• Pre-survey of part 147 applicants for type training and basic training. • Support for 147 training schools, analysis and consulting for changes, qualification of instructors• Consulting services for training schools of Airlines and MRO’s to gain147 type training or/and basic training approval. This Includes examination procedures, practical training set up, and MTOE procedures.

Training

• Conversion training by foreign trainers (60 trainees, 20 per class, 30 days per course)• Conversion training by local trainers in Mandarin language (60 trainees, 20 per class, 30 days per course)• Continuation Training for instructors, examiners and assessors (40 participants in 2 courses, course duration

8 days)• Methodology training for exam question writers (1 course 20 participants, 3 days)• New staff training for 120 freshmen to the basic initial qualification requirements for airlines (640 hours per trainee, 24 trainees per class, 2 instructors for practical) = 125 instructor days per class• Conduction of 1 A320 B1/B2 combined type training course as state of the art example for seed instructors and authorities (max 18 participants)• On the Job training for A320 B1/2 combined type training course (max 6 participants, 12 days OJT each, 3 groups) on aircraft operated by Taiwanese airlines

Note: • All of those services are based on the proposal from Raytheon and LTT. The ExCom still needs to decide and allocate the credits for those services

訓練

• 由外國教師上課之轉換執照訓練( 60 名學員,每班 20 個,每個課程 30 天)。• 由臺灣教師用中文上課之轉換執照訓練( 60 名學員,每班 20 個,每個課程 30 天)。• 培訓教師,筆試考官和實作考官的複訓( 40 人參加 2 課程,課程為期 8 天)。• 培訓出題官,出題方法的訓練( 1 個療程 20 人參加, 3 天)。• 120 名新進員工培訓,航空公司之最基本資格的要求(每名學員 640小時,每班 24學員,實作 2 教師) = 每班 125講師天。• 為種子教師和管理當局,執行一次 A320 的 B1/B2複合式培訓課程作為範例(最多 1

8 人參加)。• A320 飛機的 B1/B2複合式培訓課程之在職培訓(最多 6 人,在職培訓每組 12 天,

3 組)對台灣的航空公司運營的飛機

注意:所有這些服務都是基於由雷神公司和德國漢莎科技訓練公司的建議。 Excom 執行委員會還需要決定和分配這些服務積分。

The task we need to solve in this meeting

• The size of the services is limited to the previous given figures.

• If somebody does not choose to take certain services, those services can be allocated to others with need for it.

• Who should receive the request (EGAT, LTT, CAA, ...), who should allocate the service, who should control it for fairness?

• The recipient needs a system how to apply for those services and how to allocate to make sure everybody gets his fair share.

Note: • Only for services for which a clear assignment to a user can be done, IDB

fee should be paid by a partner. In this case this applies only to the recipients of the data base software, but not to the questions within the data base.
