Exhibitors’ Badge Order | 參展商工作證
All Exhibitors are required to apply your exhibitor badges by log-in to the following webpage: 所有參展商必須登入以下網頁方可申請參展商工作証:

All exhibitors will be assigned with a unique password for login.
每間參展商將可分配一個獨特密碼作為登入之用。 After complete the registration procedures, Badge Confirmation letter will be sent to exhibitors’ e-mail
當完成登記程序後,參展商可透過電郵收取確認信。
Note 註明:
A. Maximum Six (6) complimentary exhibitor badges per 9m2 booth will be issued upon request.
每間 9 平方米的攤位最多申請 6 個免費參展商工作證。
B. Maximum Three (3) additional exhibitor badges per 9m2 booth could be applied. Each additional
Badge will be charged at HK$100. Full payment must be received before you are authorised to access
additional badge order / registration. All cheque should be made payable to “Hong Kong Jewelry
Manufacturers’ Association Ltd.”. Order without full payment will not be accepted.
每間 9 平方米的攤位最多申請 3 個額外參展商工作證。每個額外工作證為 HK$100。參展商必須先繳交所需費用,參展商才可申請額外的工作證,付款支票抬頭請寫上「Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturers’ Association
Ltd.」。未繳費之申請,恕不受理。
C. Exhibitors’ staff present at the exhibition must wear badge issued by the Organizer as identification at all
time within the Exhibition Hall.
在會場內,所有參展商之工作人員必須佩戴由主辦機構發出的工作證以茲識別。
D. Exhibitors should apply a new badge if his/her badge is lost, damaged or forgotten. Each replacement
badge will be charged at HK$200.
如參展商遺失、損毀或忘記攜帶參展商工作證,必須即時補領新證,每個新證費用為 HK$200。
E. Exhibitors are required to login to the webpage for apply, amend or add new badges on or
before the deadline (10 October 2014). 參展商必需於 2014 年 10 月 10 日截止日期前登入網頁申請、修改或新增所需的工作證。

3. The installation will take place on 25th -26
th November, 2014 from morning onwards. Applicants must allow our technicians to enter the respective booths for installation.
「聯寶」之工程人員將於 2014 年 11 月 25至26 日上午開始在展場內進行安裝。申請人必須在上述時間內容許「聯寶」之工程人員於展覽攤位進行安裝及測試。
4. The recorded files will be kept 14 days after the exhibition closes. Applicants can purchase the record (HK$ 1,000.00) with us (Tel. 2368 8888).
於展覽會完結後 14 天內,「聯寶」會為客戶保留已錄的資料,申請人如欲購回資料(購回閉路電視資料硬盤 : HK$1,000.00),請聯絡我們(電話:2368 8888)。
5. This is an added security measure only. Applicants should take care of their valuables at all times and cover their exhibits with insurance whenever necessary. We will not
be responsible for all the criminal incident is occurred, including but not limited to robbery, burglary.
此乃加強保安措施之一,申請人仍需時保持警惕,並為貴重之品購買足夠保險。對所有因行劫,盜竊及任何問題引致之一切損失,本公司一概不負責。
