Ang kanyang mga magulang ay sina Gemme Fonte Ambubuyog mula sa Pandan, Antique, at Deannah Ballesteros

Rodriguez mula sa Sarrat, Ilocos Norte.

Nabulag si Roselle noong anim na taong gulang pa lamang siya sanhi ng pagkasira ng kanyang cornea dahil sa Steven Johnson’s Syndrome (SJS).

Ito ay ang sobrang reaksyon ng immune system sa mga chemicals na naamoy o nainom. Nagsimula ito 12 araw pagkatapos niyang mag-over the counter medication. Ito ay pinahintulutan ng isang skilled doctor noong nagkaroon siya ng asthma. SJS, kahit na minsan lang nating marinig, ito ay tinuturing na 6th killer sa US.
