BUDGET FOR TRAILERProfessional costs
Camera hire
• For our trailer, we would need a camera that is suitable with high quality and different control features. On ‘hireacamera.com’, I found this camera that can be hired for a fee per day.
Overview of camera
• The camera used comes with a variety of add-on’s and features which would be useful to us.
Accessories
• To ensure we get professional and balanced shots, we would have to hire a tripod to place the camera on. There is another one of these on the same website, ‘hireacamera.com’.
The price
• The cost to hire the camera for a day is £140. As our majority of our trailer shots are in one location, we would only need the camera for one day.
• The cost to hire a tripod is £19 per day. As we will only be needing it for the one day we have the camera, the use of this will only be £19.
£159
Cast and crew• On average, a cast member would get paid £299.51 a
day. As we have three actors used over a one day period, this would amount to £898.53.
• Directors and producers are paid around £475. As there are two of us, this brings the cost to £950.

Set• As our scenes were shot on our own property, there were
no costs for shooting here as we didn’t need to grant permission to do so.
