1-1 Roving Mat Chopper
Our Mat Chopper is a "one-man" design that incorporates a built-in hoist for ease of loading a full roll. A built-in jib crane will handle a full length and full diameter roll of material and sliding the heavy roll onto the machine is a one-man operation. The machine also features multiple mandrel sizes and multiple expanding cores to accommodate the multitude of cores available in the fiberglass industry.

Some pultrusion factory already have pulling machinery but need to either upgrade the profile cutting saw to meet technical standard or add a automatic cutting machine to their line so that save their human cost.

1-3 Resin Mixer For Pultrusion Machine 1).Operating principle: Break down or recombined the materials through mixing,
filling and cooling, to promote the reaction of polymerization. 2).Components: disperser, dissolver, mixing devices, hydraulic unit etc. 3).Optional Equipment: head tank, condenser, collecting cans, heating device, filters. 4).The processing height of disperser is adjusted by hydraulic unit. 5).The disperser is made from stainless steel. 6).The mixing speed is infinitely controlled by means of modern frequency converters
according to the viscosity

1-4 FRP Yarn Shelves The fiberglass yarn shelves use 24 pieces bamboo plywood and installed with sheep eye which socket for guiding the yarn to avoid yarn crossing. Each shelf could put 100 or 120 rolls yarns.
