• Blogger: blogger allowed me to record and show how we devolved our final product, we were able to show how we developed our skill from the preliminary all the way to the final product, we showed all our research and how we came to the choices that what did. For example…… I had never used blogger before and was an experience I found helpful.

• My group and I used blogger effectively when presenting ideas, tasks and research. I have never

used a blog before so it was a nice experience for me. (what you wrote)

• Microsoft PowerPoint: the software allowed me to create a mind map, rather than doing it on paper and scanning it and presenting it on my blog, which would look less appealing opposed to PowerPoint. however PowerPoint was very time consuming, and time was very limited.

• Although there was a point where it became slightly time consuming, I found that PowerPoint is an interesting way of creating mind maps instead of doing it on paper and scanning it onto the blog which would have looked plain and not so eye-catching. (what you wrote)

• Microsoft Excel: within my group we thought using Microsoft Excel would be the perfect way in presenting our results from the questionnaires and audience research, using graphs. Using Excel improved my skills. over all I found that Excel was less time consuming as ‘’autosum’’ made things much easier .

• My group used Microsoft Excel to tally our results from the questionnaires we collected for our audience research. During this I learnt how to make pie charts and graphs. I found that Microsoft Excel wasn’t time consuming at all as Autosum made things easier.

• Blackberry : our blackberry's became very handy when we needed to take pictures of location and dance routines, it allowed us to upload straight away to the blog. Blackberry was also an effective way of communicating through the use of instant messaging.

• We also used the camera on the Blackberry to take photographs of our locations/ dance routine. Which then could then be uploaded onto the blog.

• Scanner: the scanner allowed us to scan our group work, consisting of ideas and storylines, so we was able to upload onto the blog so we could show evidence of planning.

• We used the scanners in school to scan our storyboards for our final product onto the blog.

• Mobile Phones: the use of communication was very key, and our mobile phones allowed us to stay connected as some members of our group did not have blackberry. Our mobile phones allowed us to communicate inside and outside school, if there were any queries we were abele to call one another up.

• Was a way of our group communicating with each other inside school or outside school. It also helped us delegate tasks between the four of us.

• YouTube: we used YouTube to research a music genre, we also was in search for music that best fit our genre, we also searched for non copy right music.

• we used YouTube to research our music and to find music which had already been created but had no copyright

• Imovie:: imovie played and important part in constructing our final product, we were able to edit, overlap clips and even use voice over’s, we also able to use effects such as cross dissolving shots. Over all we struggled with Imovie in the beginning however the preliminary helped and so did practice and the use of online tutorials.

• Imovie was something my group used a lot to edit or overlap clips from our final product. At the beginning I found it very difficult to use however after practise and using tutorials I got better at it. When constructing our product we found that we were able to use effects

• Handheld Camera : we didn’t have much trouble when it came to filming our final product as we has experience with it in the preliminary task. I was able to use different angles and shots such at a high shot, mid shot, tracking I was able to control the tripod and have a steady hand when filming.

• We were familiar with using the cameras as we had experience with them from our preliminary task. I learnt how to use different angle shots e.g. High or low using a tripod which I found very useful at keeping our shot steady and not tilting.
