    (Anti Mullerian Hormon)

    I. NGUYN L

    Anti-TPO l khng th khng TPO. Xt nghim nti-TPO thng c ch nh trong Vim tuyn gip Hasimoto. Mt s bnh v tuyn gip nh: vim tuyn gip, Basedow.

    Anti-TPO c nh lng theo nguyn l min dch cnh tranh s dng cng ngh ha pht quang hay in ha pht quang.

    18. NH LNG AFP ( Alpha fetoprotein)

    FP l glycoprotein trng lng phn t 70 000 Daltons, c sn xut bi ti non, t bo gan cha bit ha v ng tiu ha ca bo thai. Xt nghim FP thng c ch nh trong bnh ung th gan nguyn pht, x gan v theo di trong iu tr.

    I. NGUYN L

    AFP c nh lng bng phng php min dch sandwich s dng cng ngh ha pht quang hay in ha pht quang. AFP c trong mu th ng vai tr khng nguyn c kp gia hai khng th, khng th th nht l khng th n dng c hiu khng AFP nh du biotin, khng th th hai l khng th n dng c hiu khng AFP nh du ruthenium (cht c kh nng pht quang) to thnh phc hp min dch kiu sandwich.
