REFLECTIONBy: Khairul Bariah binti Kassim

First and foremost, I would like to say a very big thank you for those who

help me in doing this coursework. Thanks a lot to my lecturer, Madam Roslina

binti Mohd Rasdi for her support, great explanation and her commitments to

guide and conducting us while doing this coursework. To all my friends, a very

big appreciation I bit to every one of you. Thanks for being such a good and

cooperative friends.

Actually, the idea of doing this coursework is quite challenging me as well

as the rest. In the making of this task, I have spent countless hours for doing this.

I realized that this subject is a compulsory to me. Without it, I cant fulfill my big

dream and wishes to pass this semester with flying colours. For this coursework,

we have to gather the information from other students from different batches by

distribute the questionnaire among them. We had been selected to design a set

of questionnaire for a survey pertaining to the topic, amenities in the college and

hostel. For me, this topic is quite closer to our respondents because they are all

now living in the hostels and Im sure there must be many rational answers from

them about their problems in hostels.

From this assignment, I get learned many things and I am feeling happy

for it. To complete the survey form, my team and I have to meet with many

people to gain their response about our research. Therefore, it helps me to

improve my communication skill since we have to talk with many students who

mostly come from different ages.

Besides the communication skill, I learnt on how to improve my time

management. Time management is very important for every student life. Time

constraints would cause stress to any people who strive for the excellence. As for

me, I do really stress to complete this assignment because there are a lot of

activities in campus which I should follow. Fortunately, we work in a group;

therefore, we can complete this assignment on time. This becomes worse when

we have to complete and distribute the survey before Hari Raya Holiday. But,

with the cooperation and commitments from our group, we managed to make it

successful. Honestly, this teamwork was really strengthening the bond between

us.

If I had been given the chances to redo this coursework, I will make it

better by ensures that every suggestion and recommendation as stated in the

survey report can be extended to the responsible parties so that the quality of

every hostel in this campus can be improved.Finally, I feel happy of doing this

project work and I hope there is good news behind all this. Thank you.
