CARATTERISTICHE.Smalto formulato con

speciali resine alchidichemodificate, pigmenti selezionati resistenti alla luce e particolaripromotori di adesione che pe rme t tono l ’ ade r enza su qua ls ias i t ipo d i suppor to .Ottima brillantezza ed eccellentecope r tu r a , ada t t o pe r app l i c a z i on i d i i n t e rn i ed esterni. Elevata resistenza agliambienti marini e montani.Eccellente per la nautica.

CAMPI D’IMPIEGO. Indicato principalmente per la verniciaturadi lamiere zincate, alluminio, alluminio anodizzato, legno, plastica, cemento PVC, ferro, vetro, ottone, rame, plastiche semiri-gide, formica, ceramiche (verticali), ecc.

DILUIZIONE. Pennello-Rullo: 5%-10% in peso con diluente sin-tetico. Spruzzo: 5% in peso con diluente sintetico.

PREPARAZIONE DEL SUPPORTO.Superfici nuove metalliche ed in plastica: assicurarsi chela superficie sia perfettamente asciutta e pulita, altrimenti sgrassare con diluente nitro o acetone. Asciugare poi con un pannopulito.Superfici già verniciate: carteggiare, sverniciare, spazzolare,rimuovere le vernici. Se la superficie è di legno molto poroso, applicare una mano di CEMENT BLOCK; se è in cemento imprimere con ISOL 45, fissativo a solvente. In qualsiasi caso lasuperficie deve essere sempre ben asciutta ed esente da qualsiasi impurità.Applicare lo smalto con temperature comprese tra i +5°C e 30°C.

NOTIZIE UTILI.Conservare in luogo ben ventilato lontano da fonti di calore e al riparo dal gelo.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONREVOLUTION 1K enamel is made up of

special alkydic resins, sun resistant pigments andexcellent adhesion promoters. REVOLUTION is the premium quality alkydic enamelallows excellent gloss, excellent adhesion and corrosion protection without the need of antirust;it’s very good for external and indoor applications.The use of this product is recommended for marinecoatings or near the sea and on the mountain.

SUBSTRATES

Galvanized plates, aluminium, pre-tratted aluminium, wood, plastics, cement, PVC, iron,glass, brass, copper, half-rigid plastic, baked clay etc… Mixing ratio. Brush and roller: 5-10% by syntheticthinner. Spray application: 15-20% in weight bysynthetic thinner.

SURFACE APPLICATION

Metallics and plastics new surfaces:

degrease the substrates with nitro or acetone thinners. Dry the surface by a clean cloth.Old finishes and surfaces:

sand old finishes; if the surface is too muchporous, apply one coat of CEMENT BLOCK; if the surface is cement, apply ISOL 45 solvent fixative.Apply REVOLUTION at temperature between 5-10°C.

OTHER INFORMATION

Store Revolution in a cool dry place away fromsource of heat.
