Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks Preparing Financial Projections for banks for renewal of Credit Facility at Group Level. Controlling net worth of the Group (Telecom +Non telecom).

Scrutinizing monthly trial balance prior preparation of MIS report. Preparing Overhead Variance report at Group further suggesting measures to cut off avoidable expenses. Calculating Interest on OD & TR and LC Charges. Responsible for accounting of Bill Discounting. Year - end finalization and all related works. Coordinating with the Statutory Auditors of the Group during Annual Audits. Providing training to the end users and resolving their queries.
