條款及細則 Price NOT includes:

- Port service fee, government fees and taxes, departure tax, and gratuities. All are subject to change without prior notice. - Passport and visa fees, shore excursions, priced beverages & wine onboard and any sundry expenses such as laundry, phone calls, photography, expenses of

personal nature, and travel insurance etc.

Remarks:

1. Prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars per person on sharing twin basis. Prices are subject to single occupancy supplement.

2. Cruise Company may for any reason at any time and without prior notice to cancel, advance, postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing, port of call, destination, lodging or any

activity. Except in the case of mechanical failures, cruise company shall not be liable for any claim whatsoever by Passenger(s), including but not limited to loss, compensation or

refund, by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, substitution or deviation.

3. All bookings are on first come-first serve basis. Full payment must be made within next working day. No refund for cancellation after full payment is made (except Departure Tax).

4. All passenger passport names must be provided at the time of reservation. Passenger names cannot be changed after confirmation of booking.

5. All pregnant guests are required to declare their condition upon booking. If pregnant guests have entered, or will be entering, their 24th week as of sailing period, they will not be

allowed to board the ship to take the cruise.

6. Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/ legal guardian.

7. Assignment of cabin number, deck and location is subject to the confirmation of Cruise Company. Cruise Company has the right to change the cabin assignment or upgrade the

passengers for operational efficiency.

8. All prices, fees and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

9. In the case where airlines or cruise company increases the fuel surcharges, taxes, port charges and service fee, departure taxes due to various reasons including but not limited

exchange rate fluctuations, passengers are obliged to pay the difference. The actual amount is subject to the final confirmation on the ticket issuance date or confirmation by the

cruise company.

10. The prices of goods and services and expenses on board of the Cruise Ship is in RMB.

11. Passengers should have valid visa(s) and passport with at least 6 months validity on the date of return. Cruise Company and her booking agencies and representatives will not be

liable for any consequences due to visa or passport issues.

12. Travel Industry Council and her member travel agents recommend all passengers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

13. Cruise company and her booking agencies reserves the right to alter the terms & conditions and make final decision in case of any disputes.

14. All other terms and conditions for this cruise package is to be bind by the cruise contract in cruise document. If there is any discrepancy in the interpretation, the English cruise

contract of Dream Cruises prevails.

- 護照及各國之簽證費用﹑岸上觀光團﹑需付款飲品及酒類，任何船上額外消費如洗燙衣服﹑使用電話﹑拍照服務, 個人消費及保險費等。

其他細則及條款:

1. 價錢以港幣、雙人房每位計算。如單人入住艙房，需繳付艙房附加費。

2. 郵輪航行路線次序、泊岸時間只供參考。一切以郵輪公司安排為準。郵輪公司可以以任何理由，包括但不僅限於天氣或各種未知的因素，於任何時間、取消、提前、

延遲或偏離任何預定航線、時間、泊岸港口、目的地、住宿或任何活動，恕不另行通知。除在機械故障的情況下，郵輪公司將不會承擔任何乘客因航程取消、提前、

延期、替代或偏離原定行程之索償。

3. 所有訂位先到先得。訂位一經確認，必須於下一個工作天或之前繳付全費。如全數繳付後，將不獲任何退款(碼頭稅除外) 。

4. 訂位時需同時提供客人於護照上之英文全名， 預訂確認後，不得更改。

5. 懷孕未超過 24 週的旅客， 需於登記時出示由醫生簽發的旅客健康証明書 (於航程期間懷孕超過 24 週的旅客，不獲登船)。

6. 18 歲以下的未成年旅客必須與父母或法定監護人一同出行。

7. 艙房號碼、層數及位置將於辦理登船手續時由郵輪公司派發，並以郵輪公司之最後安排為準。郵輪公司亦可在不收取額外費用下提升艙房至較高級別，客人不得異

議。

8. 以上價目、收費、稅金如有任何更改，恕不另行通知。

9. 如航空公司或郵輪公司增收燃油附加費、其他應繳稅費或外幣匯率浮動等，客人須繳交差額。實際金額以機票出票日期或船公司告示發出日期為準。

10. 郵輪上各項收費，均以人民幣結算，敬請注意。

11. 客人需持有回港日期起計不少於 6 個月以上之有效護照及入境簽證，本公司對客人因個人證件所產生之任何問題概不負責。

12. 「香港旅遊業議會」(TIC)建議客人出發前購買綜合旅遊保險。

13. 本公司及郵輪公司保留權利隨時更改以上之條款及細則。若有任何異議，本公司及郵輪公司保留一切最終決定權。

14. 郵輪假期或郵輪套票的其他細則及條款均以星夢郵輪英文版為準。如對在此的細則及條款有爭議，以郵輪公司的合同英文版為準。
