Names of the students as follows-Devansh, Nandini, Kamya, Raamya, Rahul Pardarshini, Navkiran, Sanya, Gautami Bradu, Janvi Negi, Jaismine Kaur Sabharwal, Avishi Sharma, Kulneet Kaur, Manvi Dhawan, Manya Manchanda, Ritika Chowdhary, Anushka Dangri. The teacher of these students-Ms KarunaShukla, Ms Renu Gaur and Mr K K Thakur were also honored by certificates and the ‘Bhasha Gaurav’ award. DATE EVENT DESCRIPTION ATTENDED BY 17 th January, 19 ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ online quiz 7 students of classes VII to XII participated in the online contest Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0. They wrote attractive captions on the picture of Statue of Unity. They posted questions ranging from PM’s inspiration to write a book and his engagement with the youth of India and wrote a review on his book ‘Exam Warriors’. The winning team, La Trouille Nuit sold a wide range of customized t-shirts, in school.

Orientation Programme

DoE Directorate of education had organized an Orientation programme for Principals /HOS’s and Managers of private Unaided schools. On provisions of new Act on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, DSEAR, 1973 and RTE Act, 2009. The programme aimed to highlight the laws promoting mainstreaming of students with disabilities in schools.This was done to increase and improve their participation in school education by innovative approaches to effective inclusion.

A few students had the opportunity to attend the author’s meet with Mr. Yann Martel, the renowned author of “LIFE OF PIE”. The author addressed a full house, highlighting the main idea behind the book. He discussed how he was fascinated by the interlinking of animals and religions in Hinduism.
