When a person is sick, in need of a prayer, or when

death of a loved one, one of the best way to offer

support and soothe the pain is to enroll that person

in the Perpetual Mass League of the Scalabrinian

Missionaries. Stop by the parish office and ask for a

Mass Card. The secretary will further explain the

advantages of such love offering.

THE ADVENT GIVING TREE Many needed children are waiting for a toy this Christmas and their families are unable

to provide it. If you wish to donate a toy select any ornament hanging from the

Giving Tree and return a toy next Sunday at church or drop it at the parish office

VIRTUS... **PROTECTING GOD’S

CHILDREN**

“Protecting God’s children” also known as VIRTUS, it’s a program that protects children from sexual abuse.

“Protecting God’s children” is an awareness session offered by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.

The community who interacts with minors will have access to additional training and risk prevention tools.

VIRTUS English session will be on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 from

6:30-9:30pm in room #4.

“Protegiendo a los niños de Dios” es un programa donde se protege a los niños del abuso sexual de menores.

La sesión es basada en el programa de concientización para proteger a los niños de Dios que ofrece la Arquidiócesis de Los Ángeles.

La comunidad que interactúan con menores tendrán acceso a formación y herramientas de prevención de riesgos adicionales.

La sesión de Virtus en español será el día 13 de diciembre, 2011 de 6:30-9:30pm en el

auditorio parroquial.
