This instruction is providing users with the detailed information of
about the application, installation and maintenance of our meat
slicers so as to make them work better.
This machine uses waterproof touch button switch and made great
adjustments on mechanical motion. The circuit is multiply protected.
When the power goes off, the machine will stop working and only
repress the switch can the machine restart. The motor will stop
automatically when the temperature exceeds the one permitted
caused by working over time. All protective devices of the machine
are designed to protect the users’ safety utmost.
This product is mainly used for processing frozen meat, flour
products, sausage, and luncheon meat and so on. It is for commercial
use and widely used in places such as meat-packing plant,
restaurants, hotels and supermarkets and so on.
Installation and Appliance(安装,使用)
1. Before using, check the local supply voltage first to see whether it coincides with
the voltage marked on the nameplate.
2. Unpack and set the machine on stable worktable. Keep the machine away from
moisture. It should be plugged in plugs with earth leakage protection.
3. Adjust the scale knob; choose the thickness that the meat is going to be cut.
4. Lift the meat press block and set the food on the food tray. Loose the knob of the
clamping box, and press meat slightly with the T bar. Then let down the meat
press block and press the switch button of the blade motor and the reciprocating
motor.
5. After using the machine, turn the scale knob back to the “0” position.
6. Means to disassemble the blade: loose the protection bar at the back of the
machine and remove the blade protection plate. Only unscrew the screws on the
blade can one remove the blade. As for the installation means of the blade, please
refer to the above means to disassemble the blade. (Attention: the blade is sharp,
be careful when installing and disassembling.)
Attentions and Safety Regulations(注意事项,安全守则)
The slicing machine cannot be used to cut iced food, boned meat, fish, cheese
product and other non-food.
Check whether the wire is in good condition periodically. If there is some wear out
with the wire, ask the manufacturer or the professional to exchange it to avoid danger.
Please put the product at the place that is out of the children’s reach. This product
should be operated by professional or people undergoing training.
When cleaning the meat slicers, remember not to spray water directly.
Do not lengthen the wire. Do not unplug it with the wire. The wire should be
connected in good condition to avoid stumbling people or dropping the machine.
Do not operate the machine when the hand is wet or barefoot.
Exchange the blade or stop using it when the diameter of the blade diminishes 6
mm.
The sharpener components should be used according to the model and cannot
mixed use.
After using the machine, turn the scale knob back to the “0” position.
The machine should be stored in the temperature between 20℃~30℃ and in the
humidity of 30%~50%.
Slicing(切肉)
(1) Take the frozen meat out of the refrigerator and put them in the foam box or
other tools a few hours to thaw. The thaw temperature should be -5℃ so that the
frozen meat’s inner temperature conforms to the outside ones. Press the center of the
meat gently with your fingernail. If the meat feels soft, it means that they are ready
to be slicing. The experience is that meat at the temperature between -5℃ and 8℃ is
best for the slicing.
(2) Lift the food fixing arm of the food tray. Put away the food that is going to be
possessed and push the T bar on the food fixing device. Then twist the knob on the
clamp box and put down the meat press block. Press the button switch of the blade
and the reciprocating motor to start the machine.
Sharpening(打磨刀片)
(1)The blade should be sharpened frequently and softly. Before the sharpening, clean
the oil stains on the blade first to prevent it from smearing on the grinding wheel.
Once the grinding wheel smeared, remember to clean it.
(2)After loosening the fixing arm of the knife board, uplift the grinding wheel and
rotate it to the position that is going to sharpen the blade. Then screw down the
fixing arm of the grinding wheel.
(3)Turn off the back-and-forth motor and start the slicing motor. By this time, the
blade is just rotating. Then push the arm on the grinding wheel support to the back
of the blade edge. Generally it will take about 20 to 40 second for the sharpening.
The blade will be the sharpest when there is some burr on the front of the blade.
(4)When finish sharpening, turn off the machine and put the grinding wheel support
away.
Maintenance and cleaning(维护及清洁)
(1) After the machine working for a period of time, check the oil level of the
transmission which is at the back of the machine and oil with lubricant
opportunely. And also remember to oil the oil filler hole with lubricant which is
at head of the bracket sliding bar.
(2) If the machine does not work for a long time, one should clean it and store in
place with relative humidity of 30%~60% to prevent it from getting rusty.
(3) When cleaning the machine, it should be in the state of power turn-off. Use the
soft cloth and clean the machine with neutral detergent that contains nonionic, of
which the temperature should above 31 ℃ and the PH value should between 7
~8. After the cleaning, use the soft cloth to dry it. The waterproof protection
grade of this machine is IPX1, which means that it cannot be water sprayed
directly. In addition, be careful when cleaning the blade.

Trouble Shooting and Measure (故障检查及措施)
If there is some malfunction as follows, please confirm the malfunction first and made
relative measures.
Default Causes Remedies
The machine doesn’t work
or work slowly.

considered to be invalid.
2. The replacement of the perishable articles is billed at cost during the warranty
period.
3. Perishable articles are not included in the content of warranty. (e.g. blade, grinding

4. Faulty that caused by improper operation, voltage instability or natural and
man-made calamities was out of the range of warranty.
