About|

Faced with constant innovation in emerging energy city, different kinds of

meeting points become more important. Grass entrepreneurial young groups,

support edge issues of social enterprises, artists, social workers, community

designers, citizens and non-profit advocacy groups, etc., were brought

together to shape visible urban cultural landscape, and contribute to those

invisible connotation of the city.

Throughout the cloud technology, constructing network of think tanks,

aggregation of creative ideas and inspirations become easier, which also

shows face to face interaction is indispensable. Therefore, to create a creative

communication node on the one hand make the city flexible, on the other hand

city as a community collective collaboration field.

In the capitalism dominant society, urban space emphasize on space

ownership, disregard for the management rights and use rights. Buildings and

houses appeared vacant use because of the waiting period of transition and

urban development. Neighborhood environments were gradually effected to

lose vitality. Sharing space is intended to get back the core values of "common

good," and to re-configuration the social networking groups of the city.

A private meeting room shared by the developer, non-profit communites

could use the space for cheap rent.

While the private developer keep waiting for the regeneration process,

offering a whole unused building to several NGOs, social enterprises and

makers' space. Hoping to maintain the district lively and also support

young creative groups.

Hun Co-Working Space

A very fist Co-Working Space started since 2009, also as a URS(Urban

Regeneration Station) partner. Co-writing a handbook of Co-Working

Space.

Yun-Kang Green House

Located in the essence area of Taipei city, the developer applied their

land become temporary public open space, and nearby there is one

unused building which also belongs to the same developer. Communites

discussed a proposal try to have a creative base in it.
