What do We Want to Achieve?
• Ensuring long term sustainability of the Reform introduced with Law no. 5018 ("Public Financial Management Control")
• Making sure that:– Strategic management would become a useful tool for
central public institutions
– Strategic planning, performance programming, budget process, activity reporting, performance auditing and assessment are coordinated and linked
• Embedding a culture of corporate governance in the public administrative system
