The “Healthy China 2030” program is formulated and implemented to provide a plan for

the action and draw a blueprint for promoting the construction of healthy China in the

coming 15 years. As an important part of the medical service system, the construction and

development of hospitals and professional medical service institutions will usher in new

historical opportunities and challenges. With continuous deepening of the new health care

reform and implementation of the grading treatment system, the functional orientations,

construction ideas and development models of future hospitals and professional medical

service institutions will go through new adjustment and transformation.

After years of hosting and creating “National Conference for Hospital Construction”,

the Chinese Hospital Architecture & Equipment magazine, focuses on the construction

and development of Chinese hospitals, reposition and examine the new journey of the

construction and development of Chinese hospitals with a higher start point and a more

international perspective to meet the requirements of current development and keep pace

with the times. The magazine decides to shape a more professional, pragmatic, multi-

element, innovative, and branded academic event since 2017 --- China Hospital Construction
