日月潭是台灣島上最大的天然湖。潭的周圍環繞著美麗

的山巒，景色非常美麗。以拉魯島為界，東、西兩側因形

似「日輪」和「月鉤」，使得日月潭之名不脛而走。如果

你想找個視野好的地方，可以搭乘日月潭纜車上山!纜車的

行程共七分鐘，每個車廂能容納八個人，將遊客帶到離地

面四十公尺的高空，俯瞰而下的美景，美不勝收，頗能令

人忘卻平日憂煩。如果有身障朋友想搭纜車，裡面空間可

以容納兩台輪椅，而貼心的服務人員還會幫忙把門拉到最

開，以便讓身障朋友方便進出，對身障朋友相當友善。

Sun Moon Lake Ropeway. The trip is

about 7 minutes, each cabin can

accommodate eight people. It can let

visitors to experience firsthand an

altitude of 40 meters away from the

ground.

of Taiwan, Sun Moon Lake offers key

tourist themes - “high mountain and lake”,

“indigenous culture”, and ”nature ecology”.

The lake cycling trail has been dubbed by

CNNGO, CNN as one of the most beautiful

cycling trails in the world.

向山遊客中心 向山遊客中心是日月潭當中數一數二的獨特建築物，由

2棟彎曲的建築所組合而成，前棟為辦公處所，後棟則

為遊客中心，可以觀看日月潭美景，站在高處觀看視野

會更好，這個地方很容易讓人一眼就愛上

向山自行車道榮獲CNN評選全球10大最美自行車道，位

於水社遊客中心與向山遊客中心之間，向山自行車道沿

途風景美不勝收，不論從哪個角度望去，美麗的日月潭

風景都伴隨左右，如此舒服的單車道，也成為超夯的必

遊景點。永結橋是著名的夢幻景致，以同心橋流暢的設

計，配合此地的景緻，巧妙的讓兩座橋很自然的融入景

色當中而不突兀。

Xiangshang Visitor Center

Xiangshang Visitor Center is a unique

complex and it has two buildings: the office

and the visi tor center. Xiangshang lake

cycling trail has been dubbed by CNNGO,

CNN as one of the most beautiful cycling

trails in the world.

Yung Jie Bridge and Tung Shin Bridge are

very famous tourist attractions. They were so

designed that they were blended into the

nature. The scenery is very fantastic.

水社碼頭位在日月潭北面的涵碧半島上。碼

頭邊則是造形特殊的「水社遊客服務中心」。

水社商店街，幾乎是每個第一次來日月潭遊玩

的遊客都會到訪的地方。水社親水步道更是連

接水社碼頭至九龍口重要的人行動線，起點為

水社碼頭，終點為九龍口竹石園，全程皆為無

障礙斜坡道，十分平緩易行。

is also a priority on the must-sees.

Shuei-She Lakeside Trail, which connects

Shuei-She Wharf and Jiou-Lung Kou , is

an important trail for hikers.

伊達邵在邵族語為「我們是人」的意思，是邵族人

聚居的部落。日月潭唯一的族群-邵族在每年農曆8月15

日前後，會舉行盛大的祭典。所以來到日月潭就一定

要欣賞邵族族人有名的傳統歌舞表演-湖上杵歌。在杵

歌中會發出叮叮咚咚聲的是「杵音」。在這裡還可以

看見邵族人特殊的捕魚方式，叫做「四手網」

來到伊達邵，一定要嚐嚐邵族的風味餐。日月潭的潭

蝦、奇力魚、紅茶與香菇等，特別是奇力魚一定要嚐

嚐！還有蒜香山豬肉口感很脆彈又爽口、蒜味十足！

食物容器也是頗具巧思，很有意思!

Ita Thao in Shao language

means “We are the people”. This

is also a well-known gathering for

Shao aboriginals. During the mid

autumn festival, Shao people will

hold a grand festival. In Sun Moon

Lake, you shouldn’t miss their

famous traditional dances called

the sound of the Pestle. You

should see their unique fishing

technique: fishing with a four-hand

Net.

玄光寺的建築採唐式，因為當初建設為臨時安奉

玄奘法師的地方，所以沒有碧瓦朱柱映照，顯得樸

實清雅，反令人發思古之幽情。而且在這裡有一樣

很有名的美食一定要吃的喔!那就是-阿婆茶葉蛋。

Syuan guang Temple is a Tang style

building. It is a place to worship a Buddhist ,

Xuan Zang . The design of the temple is

simple and elegant. It is worth a visit. Near

the temple, there is something you must

try: Granny’s tea eggs.

阿婆茶葉蛋最大的特色，就是用魚池三寶

中的兩寶:阿薩姆紅茶及香菇這兩種做為茶葉蛋

提味的主要原料。用紅茶及鹽將蛋煮熟後放涼

將茶水倒出，再將蛋殼敲出裂紋，放入香菇及

茶湯慢煮六小時入味，就是一顆顆美味可口的

茶葉蛋了！

Granny’s tea-flavored eggs use two famous

produce of Yuchi Township: Assam tea and

mushrooms to create a smooth taste .

How to make tea eggs? First, boil eggs with

black tea and salt. Cool the eggs and knock

the eggs until there are cracks. Add the

mushrooms and cook slowly with tea again

and 6 hours later , they are ready to serve .

製茶步驟 Tea processing

Although each type of tea has different taste,

smell, and visual appearance, tea processing for

all tea types consists of a very similar set of

methods with only minor variations.

1.Plucking: Tea leaves including a terminal bud and

two young leaves are picked by hand

from tea bushes.

2.Withering: The tea leaves will begin to wilt soon

after picking. Withering is used to remove excess

water from the leaves and allows a very slight

amount of oxidation. The leaves can be either put

under the sun or left in a cool breezy room to pull

moisture out from the leaves. In this process, the

leaves sometimes lose more than a quarter of their

weight in water. The process helps to create free

amino acids and increases the availability of freed

caffeine.

茶菁萎凋至適當程度即以高溫炒菁破壞葉中酵素活

性停止發酵的繼續進行，並可除去鮮葉中的臭菁味，

而鮮葉亦因水分的蒸 散而便於揉捻。

3 Disruption: In this process, the teas are bruised or

torn in order to quicken oxidation. The leaves may be

lightly bruised on their edges by shaking and tossing in

a bamboo tray or tumbling in baskets. More extensive

leaf disruption can be done by kneading, rolling, tearing,

and crushing. The bruising releases some of the leaf

juices, which may aid in oxidation and change the taste

profile of the tea

透過攪拌調和最佳發酵程度，讓不同茶品達到最

適合的香氣及味道。發酵重的茶攪拌久一些。

4 Fermentation: For teas that require oxidation, the

leaves are left on their own in a climate-controlled room

where they turn progressively darker. This process is

sometimes referred to as "fermentation" in the tea

industry. Fermentation is highly important in the

formation of many taste and aroma compounds.

Depending on the type of tea desired, under or over-

oxidation/fermentation can result in grassy flavors, or

overly thick winey flavors.

第六步 乾燥 透過攪拌調和最佳發酵程度，讓不同茶品達到最適合的香氣及味道。發酵重的茶攪拌久一些。

第五步 殺青

5 Kill-green: Kill-green or shāqīng is done to

stop the tea leaf oxidation at a desired level.

This process is accomplished by moderately

heating tea leaves. Traditionally, the tea

leaves are panned in a wok or steamed, but

with advancements in technology, kill-green is

sometimes done by baking or "panning" in a

rolling drum.

6 Rolling and drying: The damp tea leaves are

then rolled to be formed into wrinkled strips,

by hand or using a rolling machine which

causes the tea to wrap around itself. Drying is

done to "finish" the tea for sale. This can be

done in a myriad of ways including panning,

sunning, air drying, or baking. Baking is

usually the most common.

★ 車程多久呢?

： 出發時間 早上9點 到達時間 約莫中午12點到，所以大概是三 小時的車程。

★ 為什麼會想去日月潭呢?

： 會想介紹無障礙旅遊是因為在我們的組員當中就有一個是身障人士，我們想為那些身障人士的朋友們，設計一個友善、暢行無阻的旅遊路線。於是我們把地點訂在日月潭，就讓我們帶領那些身心障礙人士把日月潭玩透透吧。

★ 民宿適合身心障礙朋友嗎?

： 可以。只是廁所部分因為門比較小，所以坐輪椅的身心朋 友要進出廁所就會比較不方便，由於這次同形的身障朋友因為有外傭，所以可以請外傭幫忙協助，但是要提醒如果也是坐輪椅的朋友要稍微注意一下。
