4.2. Yu cu i vi ph gia dng cho hn hp b tng

Ph gia c s dng cho hn hp b tng phi tun th theo TCXDVN 325:2004 nu trong mc 2.4.3. Yu cu cng b tng B tng cn t c cp bn chu nn theo ph lc A - TCXDVN 356:2005. Cng b tng ct thp ng lc trc khng nh hn 80( cng thit k. Vic nh gi cht lng b tng phi da trn kt qu th nghim p mu c c mu cng lc khi b tng. C th s dng phng php th nghim khng ph hoi ghi trong mc 2 tham kho. 4.4. Yu cu i vi thp ct b tng ng lc trc

Ct thp ng lc trc phi t c cc ch tiu k thut theo cc TCVN hin hnh hoc theo tiu chun nc ngoi tng ng nu trong mc 2.4.5. Yu cu i vi neo thp Neo ct thp ng lc trc v cc ph kin ca neo phi m bo theo ng cc quy nh trong n thit k. Trc khi a vo s dng trong thi cng hoc i vo sn xut phi qua th nghim v phi t c cc yu cu k thut.

4.8. Yu cu v ngoi quan v khuyt tt ca sn phm 4.8.1. phng u ca b mt - B mt bn ngoi ca sn phm phi m bo phng, u n, khng c cc im g ln hoc lm xung qu 5 mm, mu sc ng u. Tr cc ct thp ch t sn, khng c l ct thp ra ngoi mt b tng. Khng c h hng mt ngoi ca b tng nh r, nt v cc cnh gc vt qu mc cho php theo quy nh. i vi cc ch c du vt chng t qua sa cha (qut nc xi mng, trt va, p b tng) khi kim tra phi c bin bn v c vn bn sa cha ca ngi c thm quyn.

- Cc chi tit ch nh: Thp ch, bn thp ch, l ch... c t trong cc cu kin theo ng v tr yu cu k thut ca thit k.5. Cng tc nghim thu- Cc sn phm c nh gi v nghim thu theo cc yu cu nu trong mc 4 - Vic kim tra cc sn phm c thc hin theo l. Mt l sn phm bao gm cc sn phm c cng kiu loi, sn xut cng thi gian, cng vt liu v cng ngh sn xut v khng qu 100 sn phm. Nu sn phm l n chic th kim tra theo n chic.- Cc sn phm trc khi xut xng phi c y h s chng ch cht lng ca ni sn xut ng vi tng l sn phm.

5.1. Kim tra ngoi quan, khuyt tt, nhn mc

Quan st bng mt thng kim tra mu sc, v pht hin cc sai st trn b mt, hnh dng sn phm. Ch tiu ny p dng kim tra cho tt c cc sn phm trong l. Khi pht hin sn phm c khuyt tt th tin hnh kim tra nh sau:

5.1.1. Dng c v thit b th

- Thc thp cun o di c chnh xc n 1mm

- Thc thp l di 300 ( 500 mm chnh xc n 1mm

- Thc kp chnh xc n 0,1 mm

5.1.2. Tin hnh th

- o chiu su vt lm: t thc trn b mt sn phm ri cm thanh trt ca thc kp n y vt lm, o khong cch t y vt lm n mp di ca thc.

5.2.2. Tin hnh th

Mi l sn phm ly ra 3 sn phm i din kim tra

- o chiu di: Dng thc thp cun o 2 u di nht ca sn phm

- o chiu rng: Dng thc thp cun o chiu rng nht ca sn phm

- o chiu cao: Dng thc thp cun o chiu cao nht ca sn phm

- o vung gc: Dng Eke o vung gc u, mt trn v mt y ca sn phm.- o khong cch cc tim thp: Dng thc l o t mp thanh thp ny n mp thanh thp k bn.

- Lp b tng bo v: Dng thc l v mt ke o t mt ke n mp di ca thanh thp.

- o cong: Dng dy ko khng dn c nh 2 u v dng thc o khong cch h ln nht hoc d ln nht t dy n mp ngoi sn phm.- o khong h, tim bn thp ch, mc cu: Dng thc thp cun o t u sn phm n khong h, tim bn thp ch theo hai phng vung gc. - o vung gc thng ng mt trn v mt di, dng dy di di thng ng u mp trn, t ke hoc thc chiu vung gc o.

- o mt phng cc tm thp: t thc thp trn b mt sn phm v dng thc l o khong h ln nht gia b mt sn phm v b mt tm thp.

- o vng: t sn phm trn sn phng c gia cng trc, dng thc l o khong h ln nht t sn n mp di sn phm ti im gia.

- o chiu dy cc lp b tng bo v tm xp: Cc tm xp to rng c nh hnh sn v c kim tra trc khi a vo s dng. Dng c c lp b tng b mt, trn mt xp din tch t 10 ( 15 cm2 kim tra dy lp b tng v kim tra v tr ca xp theo phng ng. Dng thc v ke o chiu cao lp b tng mt xp. Lp b tng chu lc pha di (d2) l kt qu ca hiu s chiu cao tm (c) v chiu cao xp cng vi chiu dy lp b tng trn mt lp xp (d1) d2 = [ c - (d1 + chiu cao xp) ] ( xem hnh 3.7.2). Sau dng va chy khng co hon thin li vt c.

5.2.3. nh gi kt qu

Nu c 3 sn phm t yu cu, th l sn phm t cht lng quy nh, cn nu trong 3 sn phm c mt sn phm khng t, th trong l li chn tip 3 sn phm khc kim tra. Nu li c mt sn phm khng t, th i vi l sn phm ny phi nghim thu tng sn phm.

5.3. Kim tra cng b tng

B tng phi c ly mu, bo dng v xc nh cng theo TCVN 3105 : 1993, TCVN 3118 : 1993. Trn mi mt l phi ly t nht 09 vin mu chun xc nh cng ct thp, cng 28 ngy v mu lu. Cng c th s dng phng php khng ph hoi xc nh cng b tng trn sn phm theo TCXDVN 239:2006.5.4. Th kh nng chu ti

Nu theo yu cu cn nh gi bn, cng v kh nng chng nt ca sn phm th tin hnh th nghim gia ti tnh theo TCXDVN 274 : 2002.6. Ghi nhn, bo qun v vn chuyn

6.1. Ni dung nhn mc Mi cu kin c ghi nhn mc r rng vi ni dung sau y:

- Tn cng trnh - Tn sn phm

- Ngy b tng - Du cht lng t yu cu6.2. Vt liu dng ghi nhn mc Vt liu ghi l sn, mc in khng b ho tan trong nc v khng phai mu6.3. Yu cu v vn chuyn v bo qun - Cc cu kin ch c bc xp vn chuyn khi cng b tng t ti thiu 70( cng thit k.

- Cc cu kin phi c xp d bng cn cu vi mc dy cp mm hoc thit b kp thch hp.

- Cc cu kin sau khi kim tra c xp thnh tng l cng chng loi, gia cc lp sn phm t chng ln nhau phi c k bng cc thanh g thch hp.

- Khi vn chuyn, cc cu kin phi c lin kt cht ch vi phng tin vn chuyn trnh x y, va p gy h hng. - Khi xp kho phi k xp cc sn phm tht n nh v cc n k phi thng hng t trn xung di. Khng xp mt chng cao qu 4 tng i vi dm, tm tng, ct, ring i vi tm sn khng xp qu 8 tng. Khi k xp phi theo th t thi gian sn xut d bo qun v s dng. Nu xp kho qu lu cn c bin php chng g cho cc mc cu v cc chi tit thp ch. -
