FIELDS is a Production Proven system that is pre‐loaded with security profiles and workflows that represent best practices from the largest 10 states in the U.S.

• FIELDS comes pre‐loaded with nine pre‐configured workloads that are most commonly used by caseworkers

• Ability to preform functions is configurable based on staff profiles

• Workflows are configured to add/remove pages based on household composition – so caseworkers only see pages relevant to the case
