The penalty for a married adulterer is to be stoned until death. This is because Allah gave them a halal outlet, and they still went to the haram.

Don’t let zina negate the gentleness and subtlety of Allah in your mind. Sometimes you have to take an action which seems bad and inhumane, but it is to protect the society. Allah is اللطیف, the Most Subtle and Gentle. He will send signs to the one who is inclining to the sins, and will place obstacles in the way. If the person still persists, then he deserves the penalty. In all situations, Allah deals with His slaves with gentleness;, bit don’t misinterpret His mercy.

The standard of the adulterer is only suited to someone like him. Hissing is so evil, it will spoil his spouse. This is not the

case for someone who has repented; it is for someone who doesn't want to change; they must be shunned by society. Chastity is a very important quality to look for in a future spouse. Zina is likened to shirk, and just as shirk can influence the person accompanying a mushrik, so can zina. Zina is not freedom, it is a crime.

There are two cases for the one who breaks this rule and marries an adulteress or an adulterer.

🔴 If a person knows the rule, that he should not marry an adulteress, and still marries her, because he desires her, he will be called an adulterer too, because their marriage contract will be invalid. So he is actually committing adultery with his wife.

🔴 If the person knows the ruble, that he cannot marry an adulteress, but he denies its, and says its not haram to commit adultery, is a mushrik. This is worse because he knows it is haram, but he changes the rule. He thinks he is above the rukling of allah, that he is higher than Allah. So this is shirk.

If they repent, then their case will change. When they makes tawbah and reform themselves, then it is allowed to marry them. When someone repents, his sins are erased or covered, and he is left innocent.

Oh you nation of Mohammad! There is no one more honourable than Allah, when He sees His slaves committing adultery. Oh you nation of Mohammad! If you knew what I knew, you would laugh less, and cry abundantly.

When you see something like zina, it makes you uncomfortable. Allah is so protective for you, He hates for you to commit sins. Think of a father protecting his honour with His women folk. غیرة, which cannot be accurately translated into English, is a very good characteristic.

From the signs of the Day of Judgement : 🔴 Ignorance will become apparent. 🔴Knowledge will become scarce. 🔴Adultery will become common. 🔴 Intoxicants will become prevalent. 🔴Women will become less, until there will be 50 women to one man.

When the adulterer commits his sin, he is not a believer. The thief is not a believer when he steals.

A man asked the Messenger of Allah : صلى اهلل عليه وسلمWhich sin is considered the greatest with Allah ? 🔴 He صلى اهلل عليه وسلم replied : That you make a rival with Allah, and He created you. The man asked ; then which one? 🔴 He صلى اهلل عليه وسلم replied : That you kill your child for fear of him eating with you. The man asked : then which one? 🔴 He صلى اهلل عليه وسلم replied : that you commit adultery with the wife of your neighbour.

An example of this would be when a person is afraid his salary will not be enough so they have an abortion. The neighbour feels safe with his neighbour, so for him to be betrayed is a great sin.

It is easier for a man commit adultery with 10 women than with the wife of his neighbour.

It is deplorable to commit zina at all, but with the wife of his neighbour, it is worse.

There are three with whom Allah will not speak on the Day of Judgement, not will He purify them, and for them is a painful punishment. They are : 🔴 An old man who commits adultery. 🔴 A king who is a liar. 🔴 A poor man who is arrogant.

The zina of a young man is less intense than that of an old man, because the young man has strong desires, while the old man has no excuse. A king is powerful in his own right, and has no reason to lie to anyone, he is not under any pressure. The one who is needy should not be arrogant.

Two will enter Jannah. The one who protects what is between his jaws and what is between his legs.

This refers to the tongue and the private parts.

How will you be when five things happen? Seek the refuge of Allah that you be present among them at that time : When immorality becomes prevalent in the nation, and people commit adultery openly. Then the plague will come, and other sicknesses which didn’t exist before.

Any society in which adultery is committed openly will have sicknesses which were not known before. We see this in the form of AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases.

Our reaction should be one of hate towards adultery, and we must ask Allah to protect us. If someone is afflicted, don’t judge them. Ask Allah for His protection.
