    a. Mt s sn phm tiu biuHydrogen ch yu c s dng nh mt loi kh bao b c ch oxy trong thc

    phm t c ch stng trng ca vi khun gy h hng thc phm v lm gimtc ca qu trnh oxy ha trong nhiu sn phm kh ng gi.

    Ngoi ra hydrogen cn c dng hydro ha du thc vt qua phn ng hydroha. Cc sn phm tiu biu cho qu trnh ny nh l:

    b.1. Trong sn phm kh ng giHydrogen c tc dng hn ch s tip xc ca oxy vi thc phm m y l
