expected), the Client can score it from 0-4 (5 is expected). The score determines a percentage that will

TAL verbally (immediately 24/7) and in writing within 24 hours of the incident. The GUARANTEE is not

24/7 10 Minute Service GUARANTEE

A live person with the required experience is available 24/7/365 to obtain urgent information or to

issue special instructions. If TAL does not fulll this promise within 10 minutes TAL will credit the

Client s account in the amount of $500. This guarantee requires the service incident to be reported

to TAL in writing within 24 hours.

exibility of matching market supply and demand to Clients needs, providing an optimized Value

Proposition for the Client. TAL utilizes a strict process to ensure carrier partners are of the highest quality

to protect the Client. TAL serves all nationwide points within and between the United States and Canada.

A common misconception exists that only when doing business with the asset based carrier can they

enjoy the best rates and reliable capacity. Of the 1.2 million carriers (trucking companies) in the U.S.,

93% have less than 20 (twenty) trucks. Truck freight rates are based on market demand and supply
