Now-a-days there is no arjun

who has keen interest in

learning and not even guru

dronacharya who is

dedicated towards the art of

teaching.

Why is improvement

needed in the

system ?

- Lack of interest in students

along with teachers.

- Lack of Indian qualified in

Indian education system.

- Lack of implementation for

policies.

Not even teachers are

interested doing the

same thing again and

again even students

who just come to

school after a very

enjoying life doesn’t

want to study as well

so no one is interested

Either.

Steps needed to improve the system

• Pictorial classes.

• Providing qualified staffs.

• Mid-day meals.

• Extra-curricular activities.

PICTORIAL AND LYRICAL CLASSES

• Burden of books must be reduced.

• Pictorial and musical classes should be

given.

• Audio and videos provide more knowledge

to kids and provides better understanding.

APPROPRIATE STAFFS

• Appropriate teaching techniques are

required.

• Well qualified and staff is required with

kids so as to indulge them in studies with

some fun

GOVERNMENTAL POLICIES

• Many policies are being carried out by

govt. but are not implemented properly

such as:-

1. Dresses, books should be provided free

in govt. schools.

2. Mid day meals must be provided.

3. Infrastructure must be taken care of.

EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITY

• Some extracurricular activities must be

carried out.

• Fun games , fitness games must be made

necessary to be played in schools.

MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING

• System can only be improved by mixed

efforts of parents as well as teachers.

• Parents need to be more attentive

towards the child and his studies.

CONCLUSION

- India’s education system is increasing day

by day but still we have some of the major

issues which we discussed earlier.

- We still need some more modern style of

studies which will help students getting

self-indulged in studies.

- And by this one day we will reach to that

extent when we will be having strong bases

with 100 % literacy rates.
