I. Overview COMP1003S CNC Medium Plate Punching Machine is one high-efficiency,

high-precision automatic plate processing equipment designed and manufactured by our

company. Plate in-feeding, module choosing punching realization and trouble alarm etc. All

can automatically finish through CNC system.

This equipment characterized by simplification, integration, economy and convenient

transportation, easy operation.

The machine body is welded by dual steels with C shape, which has good rigidity, small

volume, light weight and large operation space.

The hydraulic control system is based on an electromagnetic reversing valve,

supplemented by a miniaturization system with part of the plug-in component, the structure is

simple and easy to use and maintenance. Hydraulic power system main part is installed in

machine body, the size is small, and power consumption is low.

Centralized control adopts Germany Siemens CNC system.

It is equipped with dual-axle CNC in-feeding working table; the work piece can be

precisely positioned in any working area to finish punching. Work piece's clamping has

origin-positioning and re-positioning function. For irregular polygon connection plate,

origin-positioning is accurate, convenient and re-positioning has high precision. For

extra-long connection plate, it can do secondary clamping during process then finish punching

once time.

The equipment has one marking station and two punching station that realized process of

multi-species, multi-aperture. It is convenient to load and unload the module, which greatly

shortened the pause time and mold adjustment time, and improved the processing efficiency,

expanded the range of applications.
