condition and as per the client requirement that is including the sewerage treatment plant & Concrete batching plant Installation & Maintenance it is bit difficult to implement in such hill area even though the project successfully completed in a timely manner that project handled individually including civil construction and coordination of MEP works.

Took cost saving initiatives while handling MEP related works like ELV systems, Lift works, Swimming pool works, finalization of supplier for the Sanitary ware and light fittings , Acoustic consultant for the floating floor works and acoustic study for the noise level determination due to MEP equipments negotiating with the supplier and finalizing them in a profitable cost compare to the project budget/costing.

Looked after suppliers to comply all the clients/consultants specification or requirement with in the committed budget

Executed new Initiatives like reviewing of all the design drawings to issued by consultant and highlight the points wherever it is affecting/hampering he project like power load should not exceed from the design

Successfully reduced the power requirement during the selection of MEP equipment itself like selection of CHW pumps, FAHU/AHU, Chillers, Light fittings changing of normal lamp to LED energy savers to achieve the global environment of power/energy savings.

Selected the chillers accordingly by coordinating with supplier and consultant and accordingly we finalize the capacity of chilled water pumps, FCU’s etc.., to meet the project requirement

successfully completed fas5t track project in timely manner due to proper coordination with the suppliers ,domestic contractors, having technical discussion with consultant to obtain the approval of all long lead item and made supplier to deliver the equipment timely to do the execution and arrange the local authority inspection and obtaining the approval for the project completion like DEWA water & Electricity, Etisalat/Du, GSM works for mobile network and Dubai Civil Defence and Dubai Municipality Approval.
