Yesterday was on the radio that there was a heavy car accident in Enschede. By the accident were 3 people. Two of them died and one of them is seriously injured taken to hospital. The reason of the accident is not known yet but they are investigating. The two people that died were women's. The person that is seriously injured is a man. They don't know exactly who the people are but they are investigating.

Dear diary,

I have slept so well and I am so happy right now. Last night I held my sweet 16 party. On the party were Marlinde, Ellis, Sophie, Emma, Kyra, Manon, Mart en Youri. The party was in my garden with music and alcohol drink. The party began as fun but ended up with much more fun because Youri and I got a relationship. I didn't expect it. This was the best night and party of my life. When I woke up this morning I had a message from Youri which stated: Sleep well xxxxxx and a kisses smiley. Everything that was happened seemed like a dream. I could not believe it.

The Saxophone and Clarinet are both wind instruments. They are quiet similar because the valves are the same and the valves are on the same spots. Also they both have a straw of wood where you need to blowing. The difference between the instruments is that they have a different form. The tube of the Saxophone is around and the tube of the clarinet is right. Also the Saxophone is heavier than the Clarinet. The other difference between the instruments is that the Saxophone is gold and the Clarinet is black.

When I am older I think that everything will look completely different than now. I think there comes a device that directs people. There is than a device in your body that will manage your movements. I think the device works on signals without even noticing it. The device works so fast that you do not find yourself to be managed. The device does not need to be replaced.

12. Mondeling verslag

I am Esther Geerdink and I am sixteen years old. When I was little I lived in a large villa together with my father Jan and my mother Gea. My parents are divorced when I was 5 years old and therefore I have moved seven times. By the separation of my parents I have lived for 6 months by my mother's father and mother and for 6 months by my father's father and stepmother. Because I have lived by my grandpa's and grandma's I have a special binding with them. My mother has a new friend. His name is Eric. I live together with them in Haaksbergen for 10 years now. My father has the contact between us broken 2 years ago. I don't see him anymore but we call every week. I don't have brothers or sisters but I have a niece from 6 years old that as a little sister for me feels. Everyone thinks that we are sisters because our inner self and look looks very much alike. Also, I have a boyfriend that I love very much for 8 month. I am a family person so my family goes for everything. I have almost all my grandpa's and grandma's with the exception of 1 grandpa. My grandpa died 29 January 2014. In his last years he was very sick. After he had a pneumonia in the autumn of 2013 he decided to stop life. On Friday 24 January 2014 my Grandfather asked me if I wanted to be at the euthanasia on Wednesday evening 29 January 2014. I have done it and it was very beautiful but also very heavy. My grandfather was very important for me. I miss him very much. I don't have pets. My hobbies are singing and horse riding. Unfortunately I haven't ride horse for 10 months because I am injured. I find that terribly, horse riding was the only thing where I could lost my emotions. I also find it fun to meet friends, only I have not time for it. At the time I bring leaflets off, because I don't have time for a permanent job. That I don't have time for a permanent job comes through school. I have a lot to do for school if I want to get my diploma. I sit on Het Assink lyceum in the last year. I hope I get my exam

because it was a heavy year and I have fight for it. After this school I would like to do the training doctor's Assistant in Hengelo. That is a training of 4 years. In the summer holidays I go to Portugal for 10 days. There I go swimming with dolphins, that has long been my dream. I get that as a gift for my exam, because I have done a lot for school. Each year I also going to a weekend on vacation with my grandpa, grandma, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, mother and mothers friend. I am delighted there always on.

It's lovely to get into singing as an adult. It helps us relax and express ourselves, while providing those well-earned endorphins!

Singing is a fabulous stress-buster as it releases the body's natural "happy chemicals", gets us breathing properly, helps the energy to flow and gets those feelings out! Many people feel as if singing gives them a therapeutic experience. The more your singing technique improves, the more control you gain and confidence grows as a result.

Also, singing is such an individual form of expression, and everyone has their own relationship with their voice. As well as being a singing teacher, I am also a qualified life coach, and use those skills to help people identify singing/creative goals. I try to work with everyone in a way that suits them, towards achieving those goals, whatever they may be.

Some people have instant access to their voices and seem to sing effortlessly . Others need to develop an awareness of how the voice works, and build up technique and methods using a combination of skills, instincts and experiences.

I find that a fundamental knowledge of technique, and building a workable, enjoyable routine of practice into ones life (even if only a few minutes) can help development very quickly. I am flexible in my approach according to your individual needs.

Often, people who believe they "can't" sing, simply aren't used to the sound of their own voice and have no idea of the keys and ranges that suit them. With individual lessons, many of these things can be improved very quickly, and I have never (yet!) come across a totally "lost cause" - a lot depends on what goals you set!

Everyone's experience of their voice is different, so it helps to find a method that works for you.You may find you only need a few tips to get you started, or it may be a longer journey, and you find you really want to develop and take it seriously, in which case, like a sport, the more you put in the more you get out!

I’ve been passionate about horses since I was five-years old. I joined the equestrian club at the age of seven and have been riding horses all my life. Unfortunately, in 2010 I had a bad horse fall that resulted in a severe elbow injury. I’ve been rushed to the hospital and had an operation, after a month of my operation my parents escorted me to Germany for therapy and had to leave my little brothers alone in the UAE. During the past three years, my life was all

about hospitals and therapy, I admit I had a hard time, as I had to stop riding during this period and instead went to my early morning physiotherapy sessions that was a nightmare for me because of all the pain I had during the session. On the other hand, my parents had their own concerns as they left the kids back home and watch me suffer not knowing if I will ever be able to move my arm normally again. During my stay at Germany, all I heard from my parents is: "That’s it girl no more riding"... this sentence has put me into pressure and so much stress that I decided to utilise my time and start constructing my dream stables back at UAE. Thankfully, I’ve finished my therapy in 2012. Horses are my life, passion and hobby; I forgot the whole world when I ride as it gives me happiness and courage. I’ve been around horses as I manage my stables but still haven’t gone back on a horse as my parents are over protective. I need to go back on a horse as over the past three years my parents had grown so much fear in my heart, however, going back on a horse is not an option, according to my parents. No words could describe how much I need to go back on a horse as I feel broken hearted and lost as this is my passion... "I BREATH HORSES". If my parents didn’t get convinced should I ride secretly , quitting riding is not an option for me? This really puts me in tears …HELP
