Location: 20 km from Wuxi, Jiangsu Province

位置：江蘇省距離無錫20公里。

Major Sites: Hua Charity, Exhibition Hall of Hua Hengfang, Huitong Guan, Guandi Temple, Wangxin Former

Residence…etc.

主要景點：華氏義莊、華蘅芳展覽館、匯通館、關帝廟、王莘故居…等。

Strengths: Dangkou is a pretty water town which has good attractions and much smaller crowds, the canal

ride would be very photogenic in this town.

Weaknesses: Dangkou's lack of good quality transport options limits independents tourists ability to easily

get to the town themselves. There are also no true Suzhou style gardens in the town.

優點：蕩口是一個美麗的水鄉，人口較少，此鎮的運河是非常上鏡頭的。缺點：交通比較不方便，遊客不易到達。鎮上也沒有真正的蘇州風情園林。

Dangkou is a great option for people wanting to visit a water town with good quality attractions and canal

rides close to Wuxi without the large crowds.

想要在無錫附近拜訪優美景點和遊覽運河水鄉的話，蕩口是一個很好的選擇。

Hua's Charity is a clan charity, in

addition to helping the poor, the

charity also set up free school.

華氏義莊是宗族慈善機構，除了濟貧扶困、救助鰥寡孤獨外，義莊還興辦義學，對當地學子進行免費或半免費的教育。

The Hua Charity is the largest and best

preserved family charity found in the Jiangnan

area.

華氏義莊是江南地區發現規模最大，保存最完好的家庭慈善事業。

Like many larger residences, there are

3 courtyards and 3 main halls. Of particular

interest is the second hall which was used as an

area for members of the Hua family to meet and

decide what to do with the Hua Charity itself.

像許多大宅院一樣，它擁有3個庭院和3個大廳。特別感興趣的是第二大廳，它被用作華家族聚會，決定處理義莊事務的區域。

To the left of the main building is another 3 halls

with a small garden. The front building is used

as a Pawn Shop and the rear is used as a study.

as it's currently built using a Tang Style -

even though the temple itself was built

during the Ming Dynasty.
