Le risque opratoire est un continuum dpendant surtout du stade volutif de la cardiopathie et des comorbidits
Les scores de risque permettent de discriminer les risques faibles et levs, mais :surestiment la mortalit chez les patients haut risquene prennent pas en compte tous les facteurs
Lvaluation du risque opratoire ne se conoit quen perspective avec le pronostic spontan, ce qui nest pas toujours le cas
Importance du jugement clinique et dune approche plurisdiciplinaire
