Hospital Management

Short note on the XYZ family medical center

It serves very large area of population

around 20 thousands people the target of the center is to prevent the diseases

from occurringAnd vaccine the newly born and detect any endemic diseases also, serving the

population who have symptomatic complains ,if the patient need more

concern as complex case will be refereed to the general hospital to seek more

specialized service

•Acts as reference to the doctor and give simple data about general health

and counting of egyptian citizens

•So these centers acts as the nucleus of health in the medical organization

•The ministry general policy & vision( acc to official web site) is paying attention to the preventive sector which has been neglected for long time, it is the time

to renew it •As I demanded to be the ministry hr consultant •I should see the whole vision of the ministry to use

the maximum useful disputation of the human resources recruited by the ministry and fulfill the

best for patient and work•And try to get rid of the ordinary routine

1-vaccination of newly born

2-vaccination on generalfor all ages

3-organization of vaccination convoys according to ministry plan of vaccination

4-normal labors for the pregnant females , cesarean cases referred to the general hospital

5-reporting the endemic diseases such as polio,h1n1,h1 n5

6-giving full medical service from examination ,drug delivery in many specialty (such as dental , gyna., er, making simple investigation by the lab

7-social service as collecting the lost children and delivered to specialized organization

8-making the family record file for whole family9-making the pr marriage test certificate

10-many services (control of birth education , contraceptive ways pregnant follow sheets(

The center is recently updated in the last upgrading plan of the

It is composed of 3 floors the first floor occupid by healthy registry officeThe 2nd and third floor is th actual family medical centerThe 2nd floor composed of

The final decision (REPORT(:-The physician must increased by 5

-The dentists are much more in number-The pharmacist need at least 2 more

-The nurses are much more in number-Technicians are quite enough

-The administrative employee need to be increased by 2 at least one data entry for medical files on computers(

-Workers and security need to be increased-The medical record department need it employee for data entry(

-The whole employees need training-The new transformation from ordinary preventive center

to family medical center need more education & training -The infection control &medical quality departments needs

to be activated more to fulfill the goal of its existence-The equipments need to be maintained & get updated
