NCC Project의 경우 5일까지 지원 -> 의미는 5일까지 Fixed Lump Sum으로 견적가에 포함시키고, 5일이후는 per diem rate(일당)으로 하라는 의미이며, 추가 Rule이 필요함. Fixed Lump Sum vs. Fixed Lump Sum( 고정 공급 기준) : 사업주 유리하며, risk를 Contractor로 전가, Reimbursable Reimbursable ( 정산 기준) : 단가 basis이며, Contractor 유리 따라서 통상적으로 사업주가 관리가 필요한 Reimbursable로 계약하지 않고 Fixed Lump Sum(LSTK=Lump sum Turn Key) 선호 Index작업만 PM에서 만들어 주면, 업무의 50%는 처리되었다고 봐도 무리없음. * CAR (Construction Assurance) -> HDEC 작업기간 4주 감안하면, 1달전까지 Deliverables가 완료되어야 함. * EAR (Erection Assurance) -> ITB 포함여부 check (안주면 develop) -> PR에서 Item data List -> 기계, 전기, 배관에서 Load 정보 -> CV가 가장 늦음 운송보험, 산재보험, 근재보험, 공사(Const)보험, 삼자 보험등이 있음. 41 Start-up Assistance 42 43 ITB workscope Index 38 39 견적예산 40 Temporary Facilities 32 33 CPM 37 Bid closing 24 PSV Sizing, Alarm & Trip scheduling, Operating Mannual, Rerouting Drainage, Pump Foundation, Pipe Steep 29 파일복호화 (HEC 기준) 23 Deliverable( 성과품) 일정을 유의해야 함.
