心得 中文這是我第一次去夜市，我覺得夜市的食物都很好吃，遊戲也非常的好玩，也有許多新奇的食物，壽司、水果、鹹酥雞、他的水果和其他夜市也不同，比較有水分，壽司也很新鮮，品質也不錯，讓我對夜市有一個特別的印象，但是室內也不太乾淨，也很吵鬧，也吃得不太安心，尤其是這一次的餿水油事件，讓許多的店家生意給跌下來。

壽司成分醋、糖、鹽等調味，降溫後加上魚肉、海鮮、蔬菜、雞蛋或其他肉類等作配料。在洗魚的時候，他可能在水溝蓋旁邊洗，所以非常的不衛生。
