香港城市大學專業進修學院於過往十五年間，開辦了四十九期的普

通話證書課程，學生超過三千三百名，期間累積了豐富的普通話辦

學經驗。為了秉承過往優質教學的傳統，學院不斷精益求精，除了

豐富課程的內容，加強師資隊伍的建立外，在教學形式上，更採用

了嶄新的「小組互動教學模式」，透過小組近距離的輔導，大大提

高了學習的效果，對改善學員的普通話水平，極有幫助。普通話持

續教育系列課程分為兩部份（見圖）：一、證書課程（分三階段，

共138小時）；二、文憑課程（分三階段，共180小時）。此次招生乃證書課程，對象為初學者。

前言

- 協助學員考取「國家語委普通話水平測試」及「香港考試局普

通程度普通話水平測試」的合格成績

- 打好語音基礎、學會漢語拼音，初步建立普通話「詞庫」，熟

悉普通話的「語流音變」，初步掌握朗讀文章和說話交流能力

- 針對香港人在學習普通話時的常見毛病，如發音不準、不熟習

普通話的詞彙、詞法等問題，鞏固學員的普通話基礎

- 著重為學員糾音正調，於正音基礎上再建立對普通話的信心，

使學員在普通話學習上取得突破成績

證書課程分為三個階段進行，由淺入深、循序漸進。以糾音正調入手；以掌握大量詞彙為基礎；以朗讀文章

和練習說話為手段，逐步達到熟練運用普通話表情達意與人溝通的目的。

本課程為全港首設小組教學之普通話課程，特聘請多名持有國家語委水平測試一級水平的教學助理，在課堂

中協助導師，分小組對學員進行深入細緻的輔導，糾音正調，操練說話和朗讀，實踐證明效果良好，學員反

應佳。

提高學術　強化質控

為使課程水準與日俱進，學術水平精益求精，由擁有高水平專業知識和豐富教學經驗的張濤女士出任課程學

術統籌，負責修訂普通話課程、提昇課程的學術水準及全面監控課程素質。

本院的教師團隊為一班熱心教學、經驗豐富、高水平的資深導師，並且全部持有「國家語委普通話水平測試」

一級證書，且大部分為一級甲等。

課程內容

本課程適合初學人士報讀，分為三個階段，共138小時，由淺入深循序漸進達至目標。

第一階段

緒論：普通的定義、由來、學習意義及方

法。

語音常識：介紹一些語音基本概念。

漢語拼音方案。

普通話聲母及韻母的定義、作用、分類、發

音部位和發音方法，以及操練。

普通話聲調的定義、作用、調類、調值、調

號、「五度標記法」、四種聲調的特點以及

各種對比操練。

普通話語音音節表。

音節拼讀、拼寫練習。

大量常用、通用字詞的朗讀、記憶訓練。

簡單生活用語，對話練習。

聆聽、判斷練習。

第二階段

音節、音節結構。

普通話音節的聲、韻拼合規律。

音節的拼讀。

音節的拼寫。

聲母辨正。

各重點聲母大量例詞的對比操練及記憶。

大量常用、通用字詞練習。

報讀者可一次報讀整個課程，亦可選擇完成一個階段後，才報讀下一階段。

若報讀者曾修畢普通話課程超過30小時，可直接入讀第二階段課程，惟必須提供相關證明及通過本院的豁免試。

豁免試申請手續︰填妥報名表格連同第二至三階段學費支票及豁免試之費用的支票一併寄回。豁免試之安排將另行通知，額滿即

止。如豁免試不及格者，學費會退還予報讀者，而考試費用則不會退還。截止申請豁免考試日期：2011年5月20日。

專業教學團隊

課程學術統籌

張濤女士，國家級普通話水平測試員；文學碩士。曾擔任普通話課程統籌多年，教學及行政經驗豐富。現負責統籌毅進、商

業、酒店、旅遊航空文憑及證書等普通話課程。教學領域也涉及多個方面，採用行之有效的教學方法，提高學生普通話語言

的聽說能力，達到學以致用的目的。

部份普通話導師包括

榮桂茹女士-「國家語委普通話水平測試」一級甲等；國家級普通話水平測試員；北京師範大學中文專業畢業；教學經驗超

過十年。

林露女士-「國家語委普通話水平測試」一級甲等；北京語言大學對外漢語教學碩士。熱愛漢語及普通話教學工作，教學

經驗超過十年。

部份教學助理包括

李俊英女士-「國家語委普通話水平測試」一級乙等；於亞洲電視及有線電視任職配音員多年。

傅京懷先生-「國家語委普通話水平測試」一級乙等；曾於多間教育學院任教，教學經驗豐富。

大部份教學助理均達「國家語委普通話水平測試」一級水平，並接受專業培訓。

本院特邀請田小琳教授作為課程委員會成員，田教授為香港嶺南大學中國語文教學與測試中心主任，著有<香港中文和

普通話教學論集>等書，她將協助監察課程素質，為課程的內容及考核提供意見，以確保課程達到專業水平。

講授語言普通話

入學資格報讀者須具有以下條件︰

- 中學會考五科合格，包括中國語文及英國語文(2007年以前之「課程乙」)考獲二級 / E級或以上，以及三科其他科目及格。#

及

- 須具有書寫中文及聽說廣東話能力#如報讀者年滿23歲，則可獲豁免以上學歷要求

截止報名日期2011年5月20日(額滿即止)

報名手續請將報名表連同學費及報名費，包括豁免試費用(如適用)及學

歷證明一併寄往「九龍達之路香港城市大學專業進修學院」

收。學費請用本票或劃線支票支付，抬頭「香港城市大學」。

期票恕不接受。

考試及證書頒發- 學員須於兩年內完成整個持續教育證書課程，出席率達80%及考核成績合格者，便可獲香港城市大學頒發「普通話持續教育

證書」。

持續進修基金

- 學員須修讀本課程第一至三個階段或第二及三階段(申請豁免

者適用)，方可申請持續進修基金(每次單一階段報讀不能申

請持續進修基金，所有學員並必須於第一階段開課前申請，

包括豁免試申請者)。本課程已加入持續進修基金可發還款

項課程名單內，合資格的報讀者於兩年內完成本課程後，並

成功考取「香港考試及評核局普通程度普通話水平測試」或

「國家語委的普通話水平測試」合格，便可獲發還80%的課程費用。

The programme will go through normal selection process. Admissions are subject to availability of places and selection criteria. Applications meeting the minimum admission requirements are not guaranteed direct entry to the programme. Applicants may be invited for admission interviews if necessary. For entry requirements, please refer to specific programme descriptions. Participants will receive an acknowledgement for course enrolment. Please contact SCOPE if you do not receive any notification one week before course commencement. Application Guide 報名指引

1.

Please send your duly completed application form, together with copies of education certificates and application fee to School of Continuing and Professional Education (SCOPE), City University of Hong Kong, 83 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon.請填妥報名表格連同有關學歷證明副本及報名費寄往「九龍達之路香港城市大學專業進修學院」收。

The programme will go through normal selection process. Admissions are subject to availability of places and selection criteria. Applications meeting the minimum admission requirements are not guaranteed direct entry to the programme. Applicants may be invited for admission interviews if necessary. For entry requirements, please refer to specific programme descriptions. Participants will receive an acknowledgement for course enrolment. Please contact SCOPE if you do not receive any notification one week before course commencement. Unless otherwise notified, participants should go to the class at the time and venue specified in the acknowledgement.本院將根據既定的收生程序進行甄選工作。取錄與否需視乎學額及甄選結果而定。申請人即使符合最低入學要求，也不一定被取錄。如有需要，本院會邀請個別

申請人進行入學面試。各項課程之入學要求，請參閱課程資料。本院會向取錄者發出取錄通知書。如在開課前一星期尚未收到通知，請與本院聯絡。一般情況下，

Upon admission to the programme, applicants are required to provide originals of certificates and supporting documents for verification.入學前，申請人需要提供學歷證明文件之正本以供核實。

SCOPE reserves the rights not to admit an applicant. Places allocated in each class are not transferable. Fees are not refundable or transferable. except for unsuccessful enrolment or cancellation of a course.學院保留最終取錄與否之權利。各課程之學額不可轉讓他人。所繳學費將不可退還及轉讓他人。

SCOPE reserves the rights to alter programme details such as date, time, venue and instructor as well as to cancel programmes.學院保留更改上課日期、時間、地點、導師及取消課程的權利。
