　　交通部長葉匡時於4月20日上午10時抵

達桃園國際機場，視察「第一航廈改善工

程專案計畫」執行情形，並整體巡視第一

航廈旅客出、入境空間。

　　部長對於交通部各單位在兼顧機場營

運與施工需求下，完成航廈改善工程，表

示嘉勉及肯定，並指示機場公司應配合改

建後的第一航廈，儘速汰換部分供旅客使

用的舊有設施設備，讓第一航廈整體觀感

能夠更為一致。部長於經過入境旅客發燒

篩檢站時，特別詢問疾病管制局檢疫人員

有關旅客發燒篩檢相關措施，同時感謝疾

管局同仁的辛苦工作。

　　視察結束立即與桃園國際機場公司高

階主管召開會議，指示如下：

　　On 20 April, Dr. Kuang-Shih Yeh, MOTC Minister, arrived in TTIA at 10:00 a.m. to inspect

the progress of TI renovation project and T1

arrival and departure areas.

　　Yeh recognized the efforts of MOTC units put to execute the renovation project while the

airport continues to operate. He also instructs

TIAC to replace part of the old passenger

facilities while the renovation project goes on,

so as to make the overall image of the new T1

more consistent. He enquired the staff of Center

of Disease Control (CDC) about fever screening

measures while passing the screening station for

arrival passengers, and thanked them for their

hard work.

　　After inspection Yeh had a meeting with TIAC senior colleagues to give the following

instructions:

舉辦多項活動，包括親子臉PK賽、創意大

頭貼現場拍攝贈送、校園管樂團演奏、康

乃馨大放送，以及母親節感恩優惠活動，

獲得旅客熱情參與。

　　首先由親子臉PK賽揭開序幕，號召

兩代臉蛋超像組合，大家依序排隊拍大頭

貼，挑選最漂亮的相片出來參賽，不少旅

客扶老攜幼擠進大頭貼機拍攝，公埔國小

管樂團也帶動現場氣氛，感恩的心，城裡

的月光等十幾首動聽美妙的曲目，以音樂

感謝媽媽一年來的辛勞。

　　To celebrate the Mother’s Day, numerous activities, including creative photo shooting,

band performance, Carnation delivery, and sales,

were held in the souvenir avenue of TTIA T2

during 10 and 12 May, and received enthusiastic

participation from passengers.

　　The first of these activities, creative photo shooting, invited the two generations with

similar faces to take photos for competition, and

filled the photo booth with many passengers. The

symphonic band of Gong-pu elementary school

on site also performed many classic pieces to

thank mothers for the year’s hard work.

　　5月10日桃園國際機場第一航廈三樓

出境大廳南側商場正式營運，開幕當天邀

請代言人林依晨與中視魔幻達人秀節目冠

軍魔術師陳冫茜一同出席，以魔術方式介紹

人氣伴手禮；同時舉辦飛行船升空啟動儀

式，代表第一航廈各處商場歷經九個月全

數開放營運，包括一樓入境及出境大廳商

場、地下一樓美食廣場、三樓出境南、北

側商場，提供旅客更便利多樣化的選擇。

　　剛開幕的出境三樓南側商場囊括原住

民藝品展售館、行旅文創生活館、人氣土

產展銷專區、並特別引進知名川菜品牌-四

川吳抄手，讓旅客在機場即可享受膾炙人

口的餐點如紅油炒手、成都担担麵等；北

側商場『寶島美饌名店街』引進全台知名

　　The south commercial area on the 3rd floor of T1 was opened on 10 May. On the

opening day TIAC invited the actress Ariel

Lin and the magician Ariel Chen to introduce

popular souvenirs on site, and also to launch

the flying boat, which symbolized the beginning

operation of the whole commercial complex in

the terminal, including areas in the arrival and

departure hall on the 1st floor, the food court in

B1, and the north and south commercial areas on

the 3rd floor.

　　The newly opened south commercial area on the 3rd floor has shops of aboriginal art,

travel culture, and popular local products; it also

brings in the famous Sichuan cuisine brand-

Wu Chao Shou, providing dishes such as meat

dumplings in spicy sauce and Chengdu Dan Dan

noodles to passengers. The north commercial

area has famous Taiwan brands of Yuan soap,

Yu-Jan-Shin, and Kobayashi pancakes.

　　地下一樓美食廣場2012年9月開始營

運，引進許多聞名國際的在地美食，像珍

珠奶茶、鹽酥雞、大腸包小腸等小吃，還

一樓銷售多款人氣伴手禮如太陽餅、鳳梨

酥；一樓入境及三樓出境北側，還有國際

品牌如STARBUCKS、SUBWAY。期待融合

素，第一航廈各處的綜合商場能讓旅客體

驗到豐富多元的台灣之美。

　　The underground food court was opened in September 2012, and brought into T1 numerous

cuisines including bubble tea, Taiwanese fry

chicken, and doubled layer sausage, and world

champion bread. The 1st floor of T1 offers

a variety of popular desserts like sun cake

and pineapple cake; international brands of

STARBUCKS and SUBWAY also occupy the 1st

and 3rd floors. It is expected that passengers can

experience the diversity and beauty of Taiwan in

the collection of Taiwanese cuisines, fashionable

shopping choices, and artistic ingredients in the

T1 commercial complex.

場第二航廈管制區四樓全新開幕《梅苑》

貴賓室，以新東方設計為主題，提供旅客

離臺前更多休息空間的選擇，加上原有

一、二航廈內的兩間西式風格貴賓室，讓

華航貴賓擁有更寬敞、舒適的空間。

　　貴賓室以行政院副院長毛治國揮毫

《梅苑》兩字命名，搭配國寶級書法大師

董陽孜老師的「天涯若比鄰」墨寶代表華

航精神，華航也特別引進由工業技術研究

院研發、全臺灣首台最大尺寸無須配戴3D

眼鏡之65吋裸眼多視點3D電視，讓《梅

苑》成為向全世界旅客展現台灣文創與科

技精華的最佳舞台。

　　‘Plum Garden’, China Airlines’ new oriental style VIP lounge on the 4th floor of T2 control

area, was opened on 15 May 2013 to offer

passengers another choice of relaxation before

leaving Taiwan. Added the original two western

style VIP lounges in T1 and T2, VIP customers of

China Airlines are provided with more spacious

and comfortable rooms.

　　In the new lounge, the work of Yang-tzu Dong, the Chinese calligraphy master, matches

well with the name of the new VIP lounge,

‘Plum Garden’, written in Chinese calligraphy

by Chi-kuo Mao, Vice Premier of the Executive

Yuan. Here China Airlines especially installed

the first 65-inch non-glass 3D TV developed by

the Industrial Technology Research Institute

(ITRI) in Taiwan, making ‘Plum Garden’ the best

place that demonstrates to global passengers

this country’s cultural creativity and advanced

technology.

　　Occupying 155 pings and with facilities of 65 seats, free WIFI, public computers, viewing seats

area, a small box, private reading area, shower

facilities and massage chair, ‘Plum Garden’ gives

passengers the space for meditation. As to its

dining choices, in addition to numerous foreign

and Chinese foods, including Taiwanese snacks

like bubble tea, it also prepares customized

breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea to welcome

　　在兩岸關係的穩定及桃園航空城發展

下，桃園國際機場每年的航機總起降架次

一再創下歷史新高，相較於2008年的14萬

5000架次，2012年已達18萬架次，每日的

航機起降架次成長至500餘架次。隨著航空

產業的蓬勃發展，航空器在飛行階段所發

生的鳥擊事件為全球各機場必須持續面對

之重要防制事件。

　　因此，桃園國際機場公司也不斷精進

機場範圍內鳥類管理與防制的相關措施，

以有效減少航機在起飛和降落階段時所發

生的鳥擊事件。而機場範圍內的鳥類生態

活動資料可說是鳥擊防制計畫相當重要的

一環，有了長期的、完整的全面性資料庫

後，不僅可以讓防制計畫更為完善，也可

以研判所採取的措施是否有效。

　　Thanks to the stabilization of the cross-strait relationship and the development of

the Taoyuan Aerotropolis, the annual aircraft

movements of TTIA continues to grow from

145,000 in 2008 to 180,000 in 2012, and the

daily movements overreach 500. With the growth

of the aviation industry, bird strike became a key

issue which every global airport has to consider

and develop preventive approaches.

　　For this reason, TIAC continues to upgrade measures of bird control in order to reduce the

occurrence of bird strike in aircraft takeoffs and

landings. The construction of a long-term and

complete birdlife information database in the

airport area, in this regard, becomes a crucial

part of bird strike prevention plan, as it not only

makes the plan more comprehensive but also can

act as a touchstone to judge the effectiveness of

adopted measures.

　　鳥相資料庫所需的資料內容為機場內

有多少種鳥類出沒、活動的數量以及所偏

好的棲息環境（如草生地、溪流等）。機

場公司已先後委託台中野鳥學會及桃園縣

野鳥學會進行機場範圍內的鳥相調查，而

調查的方式包括鳥類專家進行現地調查、

鳥網捕獲鳥隻，甚或每日例行驅鳥作業時

所驅趕或獵殺之鳥隻等都是可以記錄取樣

的資料。

　　有了鳥類專家的協助調查，也讓我們

解開了一些謎團，例如航務處巡場人員曾

在防止鳥隻穿越跑道的鳥網上拾獲遭鳥網

纏繞的半隻吳郭魚，當時真是百思不得其

解，後經野鳥學會專家解說，才發現原來

是魚鷹捕獲吳郭魚之後，遭另一隻猛禽追

趕，情急之下將爪上的魚拋至鳥網上以加

快逃命速度。而在機場周邊的環場道路

上，有些很容易被目擊的鳥種，如紅尾伯

勞、大卷尾等，經分析後也發現其實從未

造成鳥擊事件，在每日例行驅鳥作業時即

可將目標轉換為其他鳥種。

　　在鳥相調查過程中，也讓我們認識到

不少在臺灣極少見到的鳥種，例如契尾伯

勞、黃嘴角鴞等。維護本機場日益增多的

航機飛航安全自為本公司首要任務，但在

進行鳥擊防制工作的同時，也必須兼顧生

態保育及維護自然環境，在藉助鳥相資料

庫的建立之下，可求取其間最適當之平衡

點。

　　The database includes information of the kinds of birds flying across the airport,

their number and preferred habitats, such as

grasslands or streams. TIAC has successively

commissioned Taichung and Taoyuan wild

bird associations to investigate the airport area

birdlife. Results from site investigations, bird

netting, or the prey hunted in the daily bird

deterrent operation all become sampled records.

　　In the process of investigation, bird experts also helped TIAC colleagues clarify certain

mysteries. For example, the patrol personnel of

the Airside Management Department were once

puzzled by the body of half Tilapia in the bird net

while trying to catch birds which flied across the

runways. It was caused, the experts explained,

by the fact that when the Osprey caught the

Tilapia, it was pursued by another enemy, and

threw the fish held in its claws to the net so as

to quicken its escape. It is also discovered that

birds constantly seen in the surrounding roads of

the airport, such as Red-tailed Shrike and Black

Drongo, never cause bird strikes. Therefore

the target of the daily bird deterrent operation

should be shifted to other kinds.

　　The birdlife investigation also enables TIAC colleagues to understand many birds rearely seen

in Taiwan, such as Shrike and Mountain Scops

Owl. The maintenance of flight safety naturally

is the first priority of TIAC, but ecological

conservation has to be taken into consideration

when TIAC is engaged in devising measures

of bird strike prevention. The construction of

a birdlife database helps us reach a balance

between both requirements.

　　日本第二大物流業者近鐵運通股份有

限公司(KWE)，進駐遠雄自由貿易港區，4

月24日舉行近鐵專區動土典禮。

　　台灣近鐵董事長田口亨表示，由於台

灣、中國與亞洲各國的物流需求快速增

加，導致台灣近鐵運通原本在桃園機場附

近的倉儲常貨物滿載，為提供客戶全方位

的貨運及物流服務，選擇進駐遠雄自由貿

易港區，建置佔地20,462平方公尺(6,190

坪)，樓地板面積達41,644平方公尺(12,597

坪)的大型倉庫，預計2014年落成啟用，讓

客戶順利將物品送往中國與亞洲各國。

　　遠雄企業團董事長趙藤雄表示藉由

「境內關外」之特性，以及貨運站直通機

場管制區作業之配合，生產物料一早運抵

(KWE) area of the Farglory FTZ to celebrate

the stationing of KWE, Japan’s second largest

logistics provider, in TTIA.

　　Taguchi Hang, Chairman of KWE Taiwan, attributed the act of stationing in the Farglory

FTZ to the rapid increase of logistical demands in

Taiwan, China, and other Asian countries, which

constantly loaded full the KWE warehouse near

TTIA. To provide comprehensive freight and

logistical services to customers, KWE chose to

relocate to the Farglory FTZ, where, a warehouse

occupying 20,462 square meters and with the

floor area reaching 41,644, will be constructed

and put into operation in 2014 to facilitate the

smooth delivery of goods to China and other

Asian countries.

Currently the first phase of the FTZ construction

has been completed to erect 6 major buildings,

i n c l u d i n g a t e r m i n a l , w a r e h o u s e , a n d

international express center, each with an area of

more than 1,000 pings. In the future, in addition

to building factory offices according to customer

requirements, Farglory will continue to arrange

value-added parks and logistics center in the

FTZ.

　　為了提升航線營運效能，擴大航線網絡

布局，華航今(2013)年將引進3架波音新型

737-800新客機，並在六月前陸續交機，第

一架737-800 租機已於4月16日完成交付，

18日飛抵台灣。

　　本次租賃案是與國際租賃金融公司

(International Lease Finance Corporation, ILFC)

合作，國際租賃金融公司是美國國際集團

(紐約證交所掛牌代號：AIG)的全資擁有子

公司，美國國際集團主要業務包括產物保

險、壽險、抵押貸款保險與飛機租賃等。

　　國際租賃金融公司執行長 Henri Courpron

表示：冫中華航空持續善用其競爭優勢，掌

握快速擴大的兩岸市場利基，滿足兩岸的

　　財團法人昇恒昌基金會秉持關懷兒童、

在地回饋的精神，5月2日邀請桃園平興

國小及世界展望會新竹桃山國小原住民學

童，到桃園國際機場進行一日機場體驗，

帶領學童們走訪機場與華航園區，體驗通

關登機流程，了解機場內各項作業，並宣

導飛安知識的重要性。

　　活動邀請昇恒昌基金會公益大使-網球

國手詹詠然出席，與學童們一起動手勞

作，為母親節製作康乃馨花束，現場也安

排各項主題候機室的有獎徵答遊戲，此次

陪伴小朋友到機場參訪，公益大使詹詠然

看到小朋友快樂地學習，自己在公益付出

的過程中也相當有成就感。

　　On 2 May Everrich Foundation, with

the spirit of caring for children and local

charity, invited students of Taoyuan Ping Sing

elementary school and Hsinchu Taoshan primary

school to tour TTIA and the China Airlines Park,

where they experienced the clearance process,

understood numerous operations in the airport,

and were taught the importance of flight safety.

　　Yong-ran Zhan, Taiwan’s national tennis

player and also the charity ambassador of

Everrich Foundation, was invited to attend this

activity and made Carnation bouquets with these

children, who also had the chance to take part in

prize quizzes on thematic boarding gates on site.

Zhan gained a sense of achievement from her

involvement in the public service and witnessing

the happy learning of these students.

　　長榮航空5月2日於桃園國際機場第二

航廈舉行桃園－日本旭川首航剪綵儀式，

請來桃園縣長吳志揚等貴賓剪綵。受惠於

日本開放天空政策，長榮航空在北海道方

面已先後開闢札幌、函館航線，再加上旭

川，每周飛航班次有14班，是台灣飛航

北海道地區航班數、座位數最高的航空公

司。

　　長榮航空表示，桃園-日本旭川航線將

以A330-200機型，每週二、四、六飛航，

台灣起飛航班BR136，上午10:05出發，回

程航班BR135下午16時30分起飛，台北時

間晚間20時返抵桃園，單趟飛行時間約為4

小時30分。

　　5月份開始是北海道的賞花旺季，本首

航航班載客率超過9成，5月份訂位亦超過

8成，搭配旅行社不同航點進出的多樣化行

程，預計北海道3個航點的全年度載客率可

達到8成以上。

　　To celebrate the launch of its Taoyuan-Asahikawa route, Eva Air on 2 May held a

ceremony which invited dignitaries including

Chih-Yang Wu, Taoyuan County Mayor, to cut

the ribbon. Thanks to Japan’s open sky policy,

Eva Air has opened destinations of Sapporo and

Hakodate, which, added Asahikawa, enabled Eva

to be the domestic airline with the most intensive

flights to Hokkaido, 14 per week, offering

passengers the greatest number of seats.

　　Eva will deploy the A330-200 aircraft to fly the Taoyuan-Asahikawa route on every

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. BR136, the

outbound flight, takes off at 10:05 from Taoyuan,

and BR135, the inbound, departs at 16:30 and

arrives in Taoyuan at 20:00. A single trip takes

approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes.

　　May is the high season for blossom watch in Hokkaido. The loading rate of the inauguration

flight exceeds 90 percent, and the booking rate

of May also overreaches 80 percent. With travel

agents’ design of diversified trips that enter and

leave Hokkaido via different cities, Eva expects

the annual loading rate of the three Hokkaido

flights to reach 80 percent.

　　棒球經典賽事再次掀起了國人的棒球

熱，然而在臺灣仍有許多偏遠地區資源不

足的小學，熱愛棒球的孩子們只能以克難

的方式練球。為了協助基層棒球運動的推

廣，關懷偏遠地區學童發展，采盟免稅店

員工自發性組成愛心志工團隊，4月24日到

桃園縣復興鄉三光國小，捐贈棒球球具給

這些努力練球的學童，並和小朋友們進行

一場友誼賽事。

　　三光國小學生及家長都為泰雅族人，

家長以務農及零工維生。學區涵蓋五個部

落，學生大部份多為步行上學，最遠的要

走一個半小時。雖然三光國小棒球隊成立

至今，已奪下了多次桃園縣大賽冠軍，但

經費有限，常常棒球打到爛掉還捨不得冫，

　　The classic baseball games inflamed our

country citizens’ zeal for this sport again, but

in Taiwan there are still remote elementary

schools where, due to the lack of resources, kids

who love baseball can only play in a primitive

way. To promote baseball at the grass roots

level and also to help children in remote areas

develop their potential, employees of Tasa Meng

assembled a volunteer team which drove to San

Guang elementary school in Taoyuan County on

24 April. While donating baseball kits to a group

of children who concentrated fully on baseball,

the volunteer team also had a friendly match

with them.

　　Most of the students in San Guang and their

parents are Atayal people who work in the farm

and take occasional jobs. The school district

covers five tribes, and most students walk to

school, some for as long as one hour and a half.

being the constant winner of the championships

經費來源，除了政府補助，大部份仍需靠

水蜜桃義賣及社會大眾捐募來支持。

　　當日的活動，三光國小棒球隊小朋友與

采盟大哥哥們切磋球技，采盟大姐姐們也

組成了啦啦隊在場邊加油 ! 雖然在先天環境

不足，資源缺乏，但在球場上，每一次的

傳球、打擊，都可以感受到他們熱愛棒球

運動的自信心！

in Taoyuan County since its assembly: players

bat balls repetitively until their complete ruin

and, limited by space, practice baseball at

basketball courts. In addition to government

subsidy, funds required to support the team

mostly come from selling peaches at charity

bazaar and public donation.

　　On the day of the match female employees

of Tasa Meng acted as cheerleaders on the

sidelines. Despite the lack of resources, one can

feel the players’ confidence radiating from their

love of baseball in every bat and pass.

　　桃園縣政府4月30日辦理慶祝五一勞動

節大會暨模範勞工表揚活動，以「模範勞

動力、展現新實力」為主題，感謝勞工朋

友們的默默付出，經過各公司工會推薦、

初選、複選之後，共遴選出397位模範勞

工，本公司由航務處消防隊同仁賴勛章榮

獲桃園縣政府102年模範勞工。

　　獲獎事蹟包括擔任工會101年度駐會常

務理事，積極爭取會員權益，促進勞資關

係；爭取交通部民用航空局所屬各航空站

消防隊編制內之消防人員，適用財團法人

消防發展基金會「因公傷亡殘疾慰問」、

「因公傷殘復健醫療費用」、「危險職務

加給」；另101年考取國防大學管理學院研

究所法律學系在職生，勤學上進等，足為

同仁學習與表率，因而獲選為桃園縣政府

102年模範勞工。

　　On 30 April Taoyuan County Government

held the 2013 model worker awarding ceremony

to thank laborers for their silent efforts in all

walks of life. Xun-zhang Lai, TTIA fire fighter,

is one of the 397 winners elected from a pool of

candidates recommended by the trade union of

companies in Taoyuan.

　　Lai has been the executive director of TIAC

trade union since 2012, and argued with the

employer for members’ rights aggressively;

from this position he also negotiated with the

authorities to include fire fighters of every

airport regulated by CAA into the applicability

of funding support of the Foundation of Fire

Fighting Development in cases of casualties,

disability condolences, medical expenses for

rehabilitation, and dangerous duties execution.

He worked hard to be admitted as a student of

the Department of Law, Management College,

National Defense University. This level of

performance and diligence entitles him to win

the 2013 model worker.

　　桃園國際機場公司5月8日邀請前敏盛醫

療體系主任及桃園縣志願服務協會理事長

陳建松老師，演講「健康快樂人生，感動

服務專題」。推行「感動服務」為近幾年

來服務產業盛行的課程，如何靈活運用服

務的技巧來感動顧客，或消除因服務欠周

產生的不滿，從同理心出發，「利他」是

最有效的方法。

　　阿松老師利用幽默詼諧的手法及互動式

的開放活動，讓台下同仁了解如何運用感

動服務的技巧來打動客戶的心，「除非改

變自己，才能改變別人，先問有沒有感動

自己，才能觸碰到對方的心。」要贏得客

戶的認同，進而觸發內心的感動，其實成

功的秘訣就在於多一點體貼對方的心，在

服務的過程中將此心意傳達給客戶，相信

您我都可以成為令人感動的機場工作同仁。

　　On 8 May TIAC invited Jian-song Chen,

former director of Min-Sheng Health Care

System and chairman of Taoyuan Volunteer

Service Association, to lecture on moving service,

a topic widely discussed in the service industry.

It is concluded that the flexible adoption of

techniques to move customers or to dispel the

dissatisfaction caused by insufficient service, in

other words, to base service upon empathy and

altruism, is the most effective approach.

　　The interactive and humorous approach

applied by Chen in the lecture enabled the

audience to understand how to use techniques

to move the heart of the customer. ‘You cannot

change others without changing yourself; the

service you offer has to touch yourself before

it reaches the heart of others’. The secret of

successfully winning the consent of the customer

is the delivery of a bid more empathy, by which

every employee working in TTIA can be the

moving service provider.

　　桃園國際機場公司4月26日邀請國家通

訊傳播委員會政風室科長李志強擔任本次

公務機密與個資保護專題講座，除藉此向

同仁宣導公務保密之義務外，並提醒大家

應維護自己以及他人個資之權益。李博士

生動幽默的解說有助同仁了解機敏性公務

資料的保密義務，並釐清在個資運用上應

行注意事項。

　　個資法的保護客體有別於舊法僅侷限在

經電腦處理之個人資料。因此不論是寫在

紙上、電子郵件、手機簡訊等，只要是屬

於個人資料者，都是保護範圍。此外，個

資法對求償金額賦予彈性，如被害人不易

或不能證明其實際損害額時，得請求法院

依侵害情節，以每人每一事件500元以上2

萬元以下計算。

　　機場公司已訂頒「桃園國際機場股份有

限公司個人資料保護管理要點」，並設置

個人資料保護管理執行小組，不定期召開

會議，避免個資遭人惡意破壞或外洩，以

求最周延之保障。

qiang Li, chief of NCC Government Ethics

Department, to lecture on official secrets and

personal information protection. Li’s humorous

explanation in this lecture helped the audience

understand the responsibility of protecting

official secrets; it also reminded colleagues their

rights of self-protection and the protection of

others’ personal information. Details of actual

practices were also clarified.

　　The object of protection in the Personal

Information Protection Act is no longer limited

to personal information processed by the

computer. Papers, emails, or mobile phone

messages, as long as being personal information,

are under the protection of this act. In addition,

this act also makes the claim amount flexible

between NTD500 and NTD20,000, judged by

the court according to the seriousness of the case

when the victim cannot prove the exact claim

amount.

　　TIAC has issued the ‘TIAC Personal

Information Protection Guidelines’ for the

operation of the personal information protection

team, which meets irregularly to protect personal

information from destruction or leakage.

　　桃園國際機場公司邀請台南成功大學

教育研究所副教授饒夢霞進行專題演講，

「幸福家庭溝通學-談婚姻經營之道」，與

公司同仁與駐站單位人員分享家人和樂相

處之密訣。

　　和諧家庭關係，是公司同仁能安心於

職場工作一股重要且穩定的力量，所以於

規劃102年度專題演講主題時，即將幸福家

庭溝通學列為第一場講座主題。饒副教授

以幽默風趣的方式活絡整場氣氛，分享自

己和家人間的互動經驗，與先生結婚30多

年，夫妻間相互尊重、支持彼此的工作志

向、價值觀。

　　豐富的講義內容，提供許多夫妻相處溝

通、思考方法，誠如饒副教授所言，家是

講愛而非講理的地方，溝通之外更需要包

容，期大家都能更珍惜自己的牽手，且能

執子之手，與子偕老。

　　TIAC invited Meng-shya Rau, associate

professor of the Institute of Education, National

Cheng Kung University, to give employees of

TIAC and airport agents a lecture entitled ‘Happy

Family Communication: the Way of Marriage

Management’, in which she revealed the secrets

of family happiness to an audience of airport

employees.

　　A harmonious family relationship is the

crucial power that stabilizes the employee in the

work. Therefore in preparing the 2013 lectures,

family communication was given precedence by

TIAC Human Resource Department. Rau, who

has been married for more than 30 years, shared

in an animated and humorous manner her

experience of interacting with family members,

including elements of mutual respect and

support between husband and wife.

　　The rich handouts of the lecture provided

the audience with approaches of communication

between the married couple. As Rau mentioned,

home is a place for love, not for arguing, and,

in addition to communication, needs tolerance

more. It’s expected that everyone can cherish the

spouse better when walking on the long way of

marriage.
