Announcement from Admissions to Departure 1. After we receive all documents, we shall inform

you acceptance announcement within 8 weeks.

2. You will have 2nd interview with host Korean

university within 1 week.

3. After you finish a interview, we shall issue you

“Certificate of Scholarship” within 2 weeks.

4. Apply VISA, it will takes about 2 weeks.

5. Departure to Korea.

(Beginning Lecture on end of February)

Excellence in Scholarship Fee

Scholarship fee : 3,000 US$

(After received VISA, the fee must be paid to GHRD Vietnam Region)

The Purpose of Scholarship Program

1. For the purpose of promoting the friendship between Korea and

Vietnam (베트남과 한국의 관계 증진을 위함)

2. The development of highly qualified human resources for

Vietnam (베트남을 위해 높은 수준의 인적자원 개발을 위함)

3. To seek excellent students to receive scholarship provided by

GHRD (GHRD이 제공하는 장학금으로 우수한 학생을 발굴함)

4. Further studying in Korea in prestigious Korean universities

to contribute to the development of Vietnam

(한국의 우수한 대학에서 수학을 하여 베트남 발전에 기여함)

Additional Notes

1. Department change is not allowed once you have

completed the application.

2. Applicants who provided incorrect contact information are

responsible for the failure of communication.

3. During this scholarships program, foreign students can not

have part-time job during semesters, it’s possible only in

school vacation time.

4. Admitted students are responsible for observing the laws

and regulations of Korea and the host university during the

period of study under the scholarship program.

5. In Korean university, foreign insurance addition to

private insurance that you must join with it.

6. Admitted students are responsible for concentrating on

their study during their stay in Korea with the scholarship

given from the program. During term maintained a base

score of the university can’t do it, that you can cease to

be on scholarship.

7. Admitted students are responsible for reporting annual

academic results at the host Korean university to GHRD as

required.

8. Admitted students are responsible for understanding

properly the purpose of this program and the personal

information provided as required by the GHRD scholarship

program.

* 평상시에 유학에 관심, 유학관련 개인면담을 위해 추가적으로 교내에서 2차 미팅.

* 설문지에 개인정보 기재 (이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 외국어 평가시험 결과)

* 결과에 대하여 1주일동안 고민하고 통보.

* 전번과 이메일 전달.
