《国际汉语教师证书》考试是由孔子学院总部 / 国家汉办主办的一项标准化考试。考试通

过对汉语教学基础、汉语教学方法、教学组织与课堂管理、中华文化与跨文化交际、职

业道德与专业发展等五个标准能力的考查，评价考生是否具备国际汉语教师能力。2016

年 9 月，孔子学院总部 / 国家汉办推出符合海外本土教师 实际的《国际汉语教师证书》（本

土教师版）。

The Certificate Examination for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages is

a standard examination organized by Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban). The

examination is to determine the eligibility of the prospective teachers of Chinese to speakers

of other languages by assessing them on five aspects: basic in Chinese Language Teaching,

Chinese Language teacher methodology, Instruction design and classroom management,

Chinese culture and cross-cultural communication, and professional ethics and disciplinary

development.In order to meet the actual needs of overseas Chinese teachers, Confucius

Institute Headquarters/ Hanban has launched Certificate Examination for teachers of Chinese

to Speakers of Other Languages (for non-native speakers of Chinese language) in September,

2016.

到 2020 年，孔子学院总部所有中方外派教师均须具备《国际汉语教师证书》，本土教师

持证上岗人数达到 30%。

By 2020, the Certificate for teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages will be a

requirement for Hanban visiting teachers, at the mean while, the Certificate holding rate of

Hanban local Chinese teachers will reach 30%.
