各機種の特長「傘ぽん」は電源不要の傘袋自動装着器です。手をぬらすことなく片手で簡単・スピーディーに傘袋を装着することができます。また、ぬれた傘の持ち込みによる床のよごれや転倒事故の防止に役立ちます。この取扱説明書には、以下の機種についての取り扱い方法が記載されています。

KP-96（スタンダードタイプ）傘袋が2000枚までセットできるタイプです。

KP-99（スリムタイプ）スタンダードタイプより横幅が約5cmスリム化されたタイプです。傘袋が600枚までセットできます。

KP-51KK（傘袋回収機付きタイプ）スリムタイプに、約150枚の傘袋を回収できる傘袋回収機を付けたタイプです。傘袋が600枚までセットできます。移動に便利なキャスター付きです。

KP-99CB（ダストボックス付きタイプ）スリムタイプにゴミ箱を付けたタイプです。傘袋が600枚までセットできます。移動に便利なキャスター付きです。

KP-09SS（折りたたみ傘用一体タイプ）長傘と折りたたみ傘の両方に対応できる2連式構造となったタイプです。傘袋は長傘用、折りたたみ傘用それぞれ600枚までセットできます。移動に便利なキャスター付きです。

KP-12TS（折りたたみ傘専用タイプ）折りたたみ傘用に特化したタイプです。長傘用と同様に、使い方は簡単です。傘袋が600枚までセットできます。

KP-03GS（晴雨兼用タイプ）「傘ぽん」としての用途のほかに、雨天時以外には挿入部分にフタをして、ゴミ箱として使うことができるタイプです。傘袋が600枚までセットできます。移動に便利なキャスター付きです。

「傘ぽん」専用傘袋について落下防止帯が傘に引っかかるため、傘袋の中に水がたまっても傘からはずれにくくなっています。（長傘用傘袋のみ）

禁止

移動させるときは、引きずらない（キャスターがない場合）引きずって移動させると、床が傷ついたり、本機が破損したりする原因となります。別売のキャスターを取り付けると、楽に運ぶことができます。すき間や可動部に手を触れないけがの原因となります。傘袋をセットするときに、傘袋押し板に手や指などを挟まれないよう、ご注意ください。

次の場所では、設置したり使用したりしない・�ぐらつく台の上や傾いた所など、不安定な場所・�雨が直接かかる場所・�通行の妨げになる場所・�階段や段差付近・�長時間直射日光が当たる場所・�火のそば、暖房機器のそばなどの高温の場所けが、故障、火災の原因となります。もたれたり、腰かけたりしない上に乗ったり、重いものを載せたりしない倒れたり壊れたりして、けがの原因となります。

指示

取扱説明書の記載内容を守るけがの原因となります。守らないことによって生じた損害に関して、弊社は責任を負いかねます。ボルトやネジが緩んだり、部品がはずれたりした場合は使用を中止する壊れてけがの原因となります。ガタつきが生じたときは、ボルトやネジを締め直してください。

フタやカバーはゆっくり開閉するけがの原因となります。開閉時にフタなどに手や指などを挟まれないよう、ご注意ください。側面カバーは確実に閉めてください。

異常・故障時には、すぐに使用を中止し、「傘ぽん」をご購入いただいた販売店へご連絡ください。

お願い■�お手入れをするときは、ベンジン、シンナー、磨き粉、タワシなどを使わないでください。変質･変形･変色の原因となります。

■�市販のクリーナーなどを使う場合は、あらかじめ目立たない部分で試して、変色などがないことを確認してください。

使用後のお手入れ■�使った後は、乾いた柔らかい布で水滴をよく拭き取ってください。■�よごれたときは、水で薄めた中性洗剤溶液に柔らかい布を浸してよく絞り、よごれを拭き取ります。洗剤が残らないよう、乾いた柔らかい布でから拭きしてください。

故障かな？と思ったら万一異常があった場合は、次のことを確認してください。確認しても異常が改善されない場合は、「傘ぽん」をご購入いただいた販売店にお問い合わせください。

傘袋装着機■傘袋が装着されない

考えられる原因処置のしかた傘袋開口部に傘袋の切りくずが残っている。傘袋開口部の切りくずを取り除いてご使用ください。傘袋が収納されていない。（使い切ってしまった）傘袋をセットしてください。（6ページ）傘袋が正しくセットされていない。（1）�傘袋が反対向きにセットされている。（2）�傘袋の束と束の間の間隔を詰めてください。

■傘を入れている途中で傘袋が切れる考えられる原因処置のしかた

傘投入口に傘を入れるときに、正しく入らなかった。傘はゆっくりと垂直に入れてください。強く入れたり、斜めに入れたりすると過度な力がかかり、傘袋が切れることがあります。

傘袋回収機■傘袋がはずれない

考えられる原因処置のしかた傘袋回収機の奥まで傘を入れなかった。傘を傘袋回収機の奥まで入れてください。

■傘が入りづらい考えられる原因処置のしかた

傘袋回収機内のゴミ袋がいっぱいになっている。ゴミ袋を取り換えてください。（7ページ）

保証とアフターサービス保証書■�保証書は、この取扱説明書に記載されています。

修理用部品の保有期間■�「傘ぽん」の修理用部品の保有期間は、製造打ち切り後5年とさせていただきます。

保証期間■�製品には万全を期しておりますが、万一、正常な使用状態で故障した場合は、保証書に基づき、お買い上げ後1年間保証いたします。なお、保証期間終了後の故障・破損につきましては、実費とさせていただきます。�修理が必要な場合は、ご購入いただいた販売店にお問い合わせください。

Product features“Kasapon” is an automatic umbrella bagging device without the need for electrical power supply. This product allows you to bag your umbrella easily and quickly with one hand without wetting your hand. The product is useful in keeping the floor clean and preventing people from falling on the slippery floor caused by wet umbrellas. This instruction manual provides information about the following models.

KP-96 (Standard model)This model can hold up to 2000 umbrella bags.

KP-99 (Slim model)The slim model with its width about 5 cm (2") thinner than the standard model. This model can hold up to 600 umbrella bags.

KP-51KK (With umbrella bag recovery device)This model is the slim type with an umbrella bag recovery device capable of recovering up to about 150 bags. This model can hold up to 600 umbrella bags.This model comes with casters which provide convenient means to move.

KP-99CB (With dust box)The slim model with a dust box. This model can hold up to 600 umbrella bags.This model comes with casters which provide convenient means to move.

Use only our patented “Kasapon” umbrella bags. It may result in inappropriate bagging or malfunctions. We are not responsible for damages caused by not using the genuine umbrella bags. The umbrella bags are available at the dealer you have purchased “Kasapon”.

Do not use benzene, thinner, polishing powder or scrubber to clean the product. It may result in deformation, discoloration or change of properties.

Attach a “Combustible Garbage” sticker that comes with the product if necessary.

*1 Close the lid to use the product as a dust box when it is not raining. *2 By rotating the product with the casters you can use it either as “Kasapon” or a dust box.

To close the lid1. Pull the lid upward. 2. Push down the lid slowly and close

it until you hear the “click” sound.

Be careful not to get your hands, fingers or other parts of the body caught in the lid.

Installing umbrella bags • Use only our patented “Kasapon” umbrella bags. It may result in inappropriate bagging or malfunctions. We

are not responsible for damages caused by not using the genuine umbrella bags. • “Kasapon” umbrella bags are made of polyethylene which emits no hazardous gases. They can be treated as

combustible garbage.

1 Open the lid at the side of the body.

2 Push down the side cover and pull it toward you.

3 Place the umbrella bags with the side with a sticker facing the main body. Put the bags through the lock pins and press the bags in.

• You can install up to 2000 umbrella bags for KP-96 and up to 600 bags for other models (each pack contains 200 bags).

• Leave no space between the packs. • Remove umbrella bag scraps left on the lock pins.

4 Close the side cover.

• Press the lid down a little before it is closed completely on the main body.

5 Close the lid.

• The umbrella bags have been installed.

For long umbrella KP-03GS

2 Pull the handle of the umbrella bag push plate toward you and lift it to lock the upper part of the push plate.


• You can install up to 600 umbrella bags (each pack contains 200 bags).

• Leave no space between the packs. • Remove umbrella bag scraps left on

the lock pins.

4 Close the umbrella bag push plate.

5 Push the side cover to close until you hear the “click” sound.

1 Extend the handle of a folding umbrella. Insert the umbrella slowly and vertically into the umbrella slot (for folding umbrellas) all the way to the bottom.• The umbrella is bagged even if you

let go of the umbrella.

2 Pull the umbrella toward you to remove.• Your umbrella is contained in a bag. • Try again if the umbrella is not gabbed correctly. • Remove umbrella bag scraps at the opening of umbrella bags because

Removing a bag from an umbrella • Do not insert an umbrella at an angle. It may cause damage to the umbrella.

1 Insert a bagged umbrella slowly and vertically all the way inside of the recovery device.

2 Lift the umbrella up. • The bag is removed. • Try again if the bag is not removed.

MaintenancePeriodic maintenance will improve the shelf life of “Kasapon”.

Note Do not use benzene, thinner, polishing powder or scrubber to clean the product. It may result in deformation, discoloration or change of properties.

Use a cleaning agent on a small area of the product (where it is not visible from outside) and check for discoloration and any abnormalities before using the agent on the whole product.

Maintenance after use Wipe off water thoroughly with a dry, soft cloth after use. If the product is dirty, clean it with a soft cloth which is soaked in a diluted neutral detergent and wrung out tightly. Wipe the product with a dry, soft cloth and leave no residues.
