This is a beautiful promise that God made with human kind. He said that if you trust me and put your faith in me, you will never fail. We must put our hope in God who is the protector of our soul. Lets commit our plans and life in God’s hands and wait upon Him for His will .

PROJECTION: IN ENGINEERING DRAWING

Drawing is engineers language and is therefore graphic language .In this language the shape of object is described by projection which is the image of the object.

Every drawing of an object will have four imaginary things-

(1)Object

(2) Projectors

(3)Planes of projection

(4)Observer’s eye

PROJECTION: IN ENGINEERING DRAWING

Planes of projection = A plane of projection (POP) is a plane on which a particular view is projected.

Different Reference planes are –

Horizontal Plane (HP)

Vertical Plane ( VP )

Auxiliary Plane( AP)

TYPE OF VIEWS- Different Views are Front View (FV), Top View (TV) and Side View (SV)

FV is a view projected on VP.

TV is a view projected on HP.

SV is a view projected on AP.

ORTHOGRAPHIC PROJECTION - Orthographic projection is the graphical method used in modern engineering drawing.

In order to interpret and communicate with engineering drawings a designer must have a sound understanding of it's use and a clear vision of how the various projections are created.
