　　桃園國際機場為推廣機場美食及回饋

週邊鄉親，連續兩年辦理美食推廣系列活

動，頗受旅客及鄉親好評。機場整體餐飲

品質不但能滿足旅客挑剔的味蕾，甚至有

桃園鄉親特地來機場吃連鎖品牌的漢堡速

食和年夜飯。

　　延續去年美食節的熱烈迴響，今年桃

園國際機場與駐站餐廳推出美食節系列活

動，以台灣懷舊料理博覽會帶領旅客品嚐

台灣美食，包括傳統油飯、米苔目仙草、

客家鹹湯圓等。所有旅客在桃園機場都能

感受台灣濃濃的人情味，體驗溫馨『家』

的感覺，而許多美味料理都可在機場各餐

廳嚐鮮。

　　TTIA has held the widely acclaimed Food Festival for two consecutive years to promote airport food and to bring feedback to local residents. Now the overall quality of airport food not only satisfies the discerning palates of passengers but also attracts local residents to eat fast food or to have New Year Eve dinner in the airport.

　　To continue the enthusiastic response to last year’s food festival, TTIA works with food and beverage providers to arrange a Nostalgic Taiwanese Food Exhibition, inviting passengers to taste traditional cuisines including oil rice, rice pasta with grass jelly, and Hakka salty dumplings. These foods, many on the menu of airport restaurants, give passengers a sense of home and also a strong taste of this country’s human touch.

國際機場打造為期半年的「玩美機場、愛

秀舞臺」，安排學生動、靜態展演活動，

推廣學校藝術教育成果，鼓勵學生多元創

作，更讓台灣的美感軟實力在機場發光!

　　這次活動由桃園國際機場公司、昇恆

昌(股)公司、義美食品(股)公司及采盟免

稅店共同響應，結合全國學生藝術競賽特

優團隊，企劃包含鄉土歌謠、合唱、音樂

演奏、繪畫主題展等，讓旅客在出入國門

時，看到孩子們天真活潑的表現。

　　The Ministry of Education works with MOTC to arrange a ‘Beautiful Airport: Creative Art Platform’ from April to September in TTIA, where students’ creative performances, both static and dynamic, can be demonstrated, thus bringing Taiwan’s soft power to the national façade.

　　This platform is jointly planned by TIAC, Everrich, I-Mei, and Tasa Meng. It invites winning student teams or award-winning students in Taiwan to present their art performances or works in this airport. Passengers going through the national gate, therefore, have a chance to appreciate the animated performances of these children.

　　TTIA also cooperates with the Taiwan Beverage Association to hold in the end of May a coffee, fruit sculpture, and cocktail contest, which is expected to gather many industry experts in this airport for a good competition.

　　確保機場安全為桃園國際機場公司營

運首要核心價值，本公司於2013年底完成

桃園國際機場安全監控設備工程之建置，

主要包含機場界圍保全、汰換及新增機場

安全監視攝影機、監控設備整合及操作平

台，以及增設場面監視雷達，建置經費約

兩億元。其中最特別的為，本機場為亞洲

第一個機場，率先設置用於美墨邊境的軍

規高科技熱能感應系統，大幅提升本機場

安全防護能力，強化機場保安滴水不漏。

　　整合操作平台可收集監控訊號、火警

訊號、影像、事件處理及告警訊息，並具

有事件分類、處理優先順序等SOP、緊急應

變處置措施功能，提供相關權責單位，如

機場營運控制中心、航務處、航警局等即

時監看及調閱歷史影像。

營運安全處

　　Ensuring airport safety is the top priority of TIAC. For this purpose we in 2013 completed the border surveillance project, which included i tems of border patrol deployment , the upgrade and increase of airport CCTVs, the integration of surveillance facilities into one operation platform, and the implementation of new surveillance radars. The project has an approximate budget of NTD 200 million. TTIA is the first Asian airport that applies thermal image technology used in the military forces to conduct border surveillance.

　　A n i n t e g r a t e d o p e r a t i o n p l a t f o r m enables TTIA to collect signals of surveillance and fire, images, and event handling and alarm messages. It also has functions of case categorization, prioritization, and emergency response, and can provide responsible units such as OCC, airside management department, and aviation police with instant and historical images.

　　除了現有的場面監視雷達外，本機場

率先採用美國軍規雷達系統，以防護機場

西側埔心溪部分，將原有「線」的告警偵

測，擴充為「面」的主動式防護，並可作

多目標同步鎖定及追蹤，目標高達350個，

且不受地形、天候等影響。

　　本機場預計2015年底完成第二道實體

圍籬建置工程，屆時將更能提升機場保安

防護，確保機場營運安全。

　　In addition to the current surveillance radar, TTIA installed a military radar system used in the U.S. military forces to protect the west side of the airport close to Puxin River. The new system expands the linear detection into dimensional protection, and can trace 350 targets at the same time despite the interruption of landscape and weather.

　　TTIA will complete the implementation of the second fence around the border in the end of 2015. At that time the operation safety in this airport is expected to be elevated to the next level.

　　桃園國際機場每天有400台計程車為入

境旅客提供服務，為了提升機場計程車整

體服務品質，每台車配行車紀錄器、衛星

導航，以及每位乘客投保新台幣250萬乘客

意外險，歡迎旅客選擇有機場排班計程車

標誌的小黃安心搭乘。

　　桃園國際機場排班計程車每三年辦理

一次抽籤，103年2月已自5千多位計程車

司機抽選400位成立第16屆自律委員會，

每位司機皆經過航空警察局的背景安全查

核後才發予排班登記證。

　　硬體方面，為了配合機場旅客攜帶大

型行李，規定營運車輛排氣量需1,900cc以

上，且為出廠4年內新車，空間大，旅客乘

坐舒適度高；車內並配備有行車紀錄器、

　　In TTIA there are 400 taxis waiting to serve arrival passengers every day. Their service quality are improved as all are equipped with the satellite navigation and tachograph, and each passenger aboard is within the NTD 2.5 million accident insurance coverage. Passengers are welcome to use them, each of which is labeled with an airport taxi logo.

　　TTIA holds an airport taxi ballot every three years. In February 2014, 400 drivers were selected from a pool of more than 5,000 candidates to assemble the 16th discipline committee. The background of every driver has been invested by the Aviation Police before the registration certificate is issued.

　　All taxis employ cars less than 4 years old, spacious, and have an engine displacement o f more than 1 ,900 cc to accommodate large luggage. They are also equipped with satellite navigation and tachograph, and issue

　　為提升服務能見度，桃園機場已於第

一航廈及第二航廈入境大廳明顯處設置排

班計程車服務櫃檯。服務人員統一規定穿

著黃色制服，具備外語溝通能力，引導旅

客搭乘排班計程車，而全體計程車司機亦

著制服以提昇整體服務形象。此外，搭乘

桃園機場排班計程車的旅客皆依乘客數4人

投保新台幣1,000萬、6人投保1,500萬的乘

客意外險，旅客可以安心搭乘。

　　桃園國際機場預計於10月底前和金融

機構合作，完成辦理車上信用卡及悠遊卡

等刷卡付費方式，以提供旅客更貼心、更

便利的服務。

　　TTIA installed a taxi service counter, stationed with staff in yellow uniform and speaking English, in the arrival hall of both T1 and T2 to add their visibility and to guide passengers taking registered taxis. All drivers also wear uniform to improve the overall image of airport taxi service. To make passengers feel at ease aboard, 4 persons taking TTIA taxi are covered by an accident insurance of NTD 10 million, and 6 persons insurance of NTD 15 million.

　　Before the end of October TTIA will work with financial institutions to launch credit card and Easycard taxi fare payment, giving passengers more convenient services.

No ATM after the Departure Clearance in TTIA

　　機場公司提醒旅客，進入國際機場管

制區相當於離開臺灣境內，為防制洗錢行

為，通關後的管制區域無法設置ATM供旅

客提款，民眾如需現金，請在進入管制區

前，至銀行、郵局櫃檯、及自動提款機提

領，以免延誤登機時間及行程。

　　為防制洗錢，攜帶入出境各種幣值現

金有限額，為新台幣6萬元、美金1萬元、

人民幣2萬元，超過限額應先報請核准，持

憑查驗放行。目前桃園國際機場管制區內

雖有臺灣銀行、兆豐銀行兩家金融機構，

但僅能辦理兌換外幣服務。若旅客進入管

制區後一定要提款，就必需辦理退關作

業，手續包括託運行李需先領回再重新託

運、通關手續包含安全檢查、證照查驗等

也要重新檢查，將花費旅客寶貴的時間，

並可能延誤班機準時起飛。

　　TIAC reminds passengers the fact that entering the control area equals leaving the border of Taiwan; and to prevent money laundry, there is no ATM in the control area after departure clearance. Passengers in need are encouraged to withdraw cash from ATM or counters of banks and post offices before entering the control area, in order to prevent flight delay.

　　The government set the following quota on currencies to be carried abroad to prevent money laundry: NTD 60,000; USD 10,000; RMB 20,000. Passengers who intend to carry cash more than the quota abroad are required to apply for approval in advance. The Bank of Taiwan and Mega Bank in TTIA control area can only process currency exchange. Passengers who insist on cash withdraw are required to go through the shutout process, including retrieving the luggage for another check-in, security and passport check, all of which cost much time and might cause flight delay.

　　桃園國際機場內目前設立近30個金融

機構服務據點，主要位於兩航廈地下室的

營業大廳，服務項目與其他分行相同，全

部業務都可提供；其他營業據點，僅提供

出國結匯、外幣兌換、買賣旅行支票等服

務。機場分行營業時間因應機場作業而延

長至夜間，部分據點甚至24小時、只要有

航班的時間就提供匯兌服務，歡迎旅客多

加利用。

　　Currently there are 30 bank branches in TTIA, with the main offices gathered in the basement of the two terminals to offer all financial services available in city banks. Other branches only deal with foreign exchange, currency exchange, and trading traveler's check. Their office hours are extended to respond to airport operation; some even offer 24-hour-service, or service based on flight schedules. Passengers are welcome to use them.

　　桃園國際機場公司舉辦首次績優志工

同仁表揚大會，表揚4位服務滿3年且服務

年資長達1,200小時的熱心志工，以及7位

義務擔任團長及隊長要職的志工幹部。桃

園國際機場公司董事長尹承蓬感謝志工們

長年為旅客服務的辛勞，讓機場服務評比

年年都在國際機場協會榜上有名，也希望

藉著志工的意見回饋，讓機場持續進步，

更讓國際旅客感受台灣特有的人情味。

　　機場志工一周至少要到班兩天，駐場

時間依早中晚班，從上午6點至下午6點，

風雨無阻的服務旅客。1,200小時，等於3

年中至少要來機場300天才能達成，平均不

到4天就要來一次機場，比最常出入機場的

商務旅客有過之而無不及。志工幹部則需

肩負起新進志工的養成教育，包括面試、

公共事務室

　　TIAC held a recognition rally for the first time to thank airport volunteers who have served 1,200 hours in 3 three years in the airport, and also the 7 volunteer leaders and organizing staffs. Cheng-peng Yin, TIAC Chairman, expressed his gratitude to volunteers who for years worked hard to serve passengers, and whose efforts enabled the ACI/ASQ ranking of TTIA to stay among top airports each year. He hoped to improve the airport service via collecting their feedback, so as to give international passengers denser Taiwanese hospitality.

　　Airport volunteers have to work at least two days a week, in order to run the three service shifts each day arranged from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The fulfillment of the 1,200 service hours means that the volunteer needs to serve in TTIA at least for 300 days within three years. With the frequency of one day in less than 4 days, a volunteer who accomplished 1,200 hours’

　　目前桃園機場有37名志工，大部分是

退休人士，其中有4對夫妻檔。除了平日的

導引、諮詢工作之外，每季的心得分享會

中，志工們也會交換最常被旅客詢問的問

題，或是機場可以改進的地方，做為機場

公司各項業務規畫的意見平台。

　　「機場夏天很涼又不怕風吹日曬」志

工團團長陳朝英說，是當志工的好環境。

下次來機場，看到這群親切的志工，別忘

了跟他們打聲招呼，加油打氣一下喔！

service travelled to the airport more often than a commercial passenger. Their organizing staffs are responsible for the recruitment, education, and evaluation of new comers.

　　Currently there are in TTIA 37 volunteers, including 4 couples; most are retired persons. In addition to daily guidance and inquiry reply, volunteers also exchange opinions on frequently asked questions and things for improvement in the quarterly seminar, which acts as a forum for business planning in TIAC.

　　The airport, cool in summer and prevent one from wind and sun, is a good environment to work as a volunteer. Next time when you see these amicable airport volunteers, don’t forget to say hello to them and cheer them up!

　　4月24日上午航警趙中銘在換班回辦公

室路上，拾獲旅客遺落的小零錢包，發現

不起眼的零錢包裏面竟然裝著鑽戒、珍珠

耳環及一支鑽錶，找來熟悉鑽石的免稅商

店了解，沒想到竟然是近3克拉的鑽戒，價

值約150萬台幣，還有珍珠耳環估價30萬

台幣，手錶則是近10萬元的鑽錶。

　　趙姓警員調閱監視影帶看到一名白褲

黑衣女子在銀行櫃檯前換錢時，把零錢包

遺落地上，隨後離開辦理入關手續。警員

循線找到旅客資料電話聯絡，旅客甚至還

沒有發現遺失了貴重物品。從警察手中接

回失物時，失主一時還說不了話，最後她

還是說「這幾樣東西都是傳家之寶，太感

謝了，心蹦蹦跳，台灣人品德高尚，他會

再寫感謝信向航警局致意」，為桃園機場

寫下溫馨佳話。

　　In the morning of 24 April, aviation policeman Chung-ming Chao, on his way to the airport office for duty shift, retrieved a small purse that contained a diamond ring, pearl earrings and a diamond watch which have a total value of NTD 1.9 million.

　　To prevent the owner from worrying much about the lost heirloom, Chao immediate ordered to review the CCTV tape, and found the owner to be a woman in white trousers and black shirt, who left the purse on the ground while exchanging currency in front of the bank counter. She left for the clearance procedure immediately after the currency exchange. Chao contacted her even before she realized that her purse was lost.

　　The owner was moved to speechless when she received the purse from the Aviation Police, whose carefulness won much her applause. This episode in TTIA fully demonstrated the morality of Taiwanese people.

　　除了航警撿到旅客遺失物之外，長榮

航勤公司清艙課組員潘學璋，3月2日晚上

11:00正在執行BR11入境班機客艙清潔工

作，在座位扶手旁發現一只皮夾，內有二

本護照及美金8,150元。潘學樟放下手邊工

作，以最快速度送交航空公司人員，得知

失主為轉機旅客，已安檢離境，確認旅客

轉機航班及目的地後，航空公司立刻發電

報至越南，將遺失物送至下一班前往越南

航班，經當地地勤人員與旅客聯繫後，順

利將失物交回失主手中。

　　組員潘學璋於2005年進入長榮航勤

清艙課服務，平日認真負責。這次拾獲鉅

款，他說公司向來注重道德教育，要以熱

忱的服務精神，嚴守工作紀律，為所有旅

客提供最優質的地勤服務。

　　 I n e v e r y c o r n e r o f T T I A t h e r e a r e numerous stories with strong moral lessons.

　　At 23:00 2nd March, Xue-zhang Pan,

an EGAS cabin cleaner, while working on the BR11 arrival plane found a purse containing two passport and USD 8,150. Pan stopped working and sent the lost items immediately to the airline staff, who, after check, identified the owner to be a transfer passenger and had left Taiwan for Vietnam after the security point. The airline staff sent a telegraph to that country and put the passports and money to the next Vietnam flight. 常說不出口的感謝，藉著輕鬆活潑的中英

文舉牌活動，化做對媽媽真誠的祝福。

　　免稅店也準備裝有巧克力和小謝卡的

感恩扭蛋分送給旅客，做為送給媽媽的驚

喜小禮物。現場還有不少男士也抓緊時機

向太座或女朋友表達感謝，包括機場公司

董事長尹承蓬和媒體記者都拿著「老婆大

人辛苦了」的標語，微笑向夫人表達感

謝，為機場增添許多溫馨喜樂的氛圍。

　　To celebrate Mother’s Day, on 8 May TTIA held a thanksgiving activity in D zone of T2, where passengers were invited to step on the podium and express gratitude to mothers. Bilingual placards raised in the activity all symbolized good wishes to the female parent.

　　Duty free shops also prepared chocolates, cards, and eggs for passengers to give mothers a surprise. Many men there, including TIAC Chairman Cheng-peng Yin and journalists, used this occasion to thank their wives or girlfriends. ‘Thanks for my wife’s support’, the slogan on many raised placards added merriment and warmth to this airport.
