1. Preliminary Information

Service Personnel Skill

Service Personnel must have an adequate technical background on telecommunicationsand in particular on the equipment subject of this handbook.

Service Personnel

Installation and service must be carried out by authorized persons having appropriatetechnical training and experience necessary to be aware of hazardous operations during

installation and service, so as to prevent any personal injury or danger toother persons, as well as prevent damaging the equipment.

Access to the Equipment

Access to the Equipment in use must be restricted to Service Personnel only.
