一.Family Office

1.帮助中国富裕家庭找到合适的美国 Family Office,来提供匹配的家庭教育与传承,财富规划和投资组合服务。目前与 20家美国的 Family Office和私人财富管理公司或资产管理公司建立了合作关系,他们所管理的资产从几十亿美元到 1500亿美元左右,适合家庭资产分别为 500-1000万美元,2500万美元左右,5000万美元左右,一亿和几亿美元的国内客户找到对应的不同机构提供全方位服务;2.为国内 Family Office提供业务发展和美国资产配置的咨询服务,或与美国同行建立合作或合资企业。

二.Fund of Funds

1.帮助国内的母基金投资美国的各种GP,包括不同投资阶段和不同行业的 VC, middle market fund, large cap buyout fund, hedge fund, commercial real estate fund, natural resources fund;2.帮助国内母基金在美国建立合作合资企业,通过美国母基金配置在美国的私募股权资产,并投资和收购美国企业,可投资的北美企业的项目库近 10000家企业,主要来源于我合作的30家北美母基金所投资的 1000家GP所投资的对中国市场有兴趣或愿意被中国上市公司收购的北美企业;3.帮助国内母基金在中国与美国同行建立合作合资企业,共同管理人民币母基金,投资国内优秀的GP,发挥国内母基金的客户渠道和营销优势以及对在中国投资的深刻洞察力,也发挥美国母基金长期投资国内优秀GP的美元基金的投资管理经验和全球化资产配置的经验。

三.为国内GP提供的服务1.向国际 LP募集新的美元基金,目前我已经与 100家国际 LP建立了长达 10年的合作关系,帮助新兴经理 emerging managers募集美元基金是我的特长,人民币基金经理募集新的美元基金是长远的趋势和策略;2.帮助与美国GP建立合作合资企业或基金,或收购美国的GP公司或团队,或寻找行业优秀人才,组建新的美国投资团队;3.帮助国内GP和他们所投资的国内企业收购美国企业,推动国内企业的产业链整合;4.帮助国内私募证券基金被美国的对冲基金收购,把握新政策的机遇。

四.为国内企业提供的服务1.收购美国企业,目标企业是税前利润 500万到 5000万美元或更大,取决于国内企业的战略目标,现金流和实力;2.被美国企业收购,美国收购方企业的税前利润是 2000万到 2亿美元或更大;3.与美国企业建立业务合作,强化供应链,技术转让,特许经营,共同研发,外包生产等。
