Applications are invited for recruitment for the following posts:

A. System Manager (Direct Recruitment)1. Name of Post : SYSTEM MANAGER (Group A)

2. Number of Post : One3. Scale of Pay : Rs.15600-39100/- (PB-3) G.P. Rs.7600/- plus usual allowances as admissible under

Central Government and Foundations Rules.4. Age limit for directrecruitment

Not exceeding 50 years. Relaxable upto 5 years for Govt. Servants and SC/STcandidates in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Govt.

Note: The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date forreceipt of applications from candidates in India.

5. Educational andother qualifications

: Essential:i) Masters Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/ Operation

Research/Physics/Economics (with Statistics)/ Commerce (With Statistics)

or Degree in Engineering/Computer Science of a recognized University orequivalent.

ii) 10 years experience of electronic data processing work out of which at least5 years experience should be in a supervisory capacity in design,development or organizing computerized information storage and retrieval

system.Desirable:

i) Masters Degree in Engineering; or Doctorate in any of the subjectsmentioned in essential qualifications.

ii) Training in systems Analysis or advanced computer systems.iii) Experience in development of database management information system.

B. Deputy Director (Implementation, Inspection & Monitoring) on deputation.

1. Name of the post : DEPUTY DIRECTOR (II & M) Group A2. Pay Scale : Pay Band (3) Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- plus usual allowances

as admissible under Central Government and Foundations Rules.

3. Number of Post : 1 (one) for the Headquarters.4. Educational and other

qualifications: Officers under Central / State Governments/ Semi-Government, Statutory or

Autonomous Bodies including Universities, Research or comparable institutions,

holding analogous post. Or

Officers in the pay-scale of Rs.15600-39100/- (PB-3) Or Rs.9300-34800/- (PB-2)G.P. Rs.5400/- with 5 years regular service in the grade and having relevantexperience, Or

Officers in the pay-scale of Rs.9300-34800/- (PB-2) G.P. Rs.4800/- with 6 yearsregular service in the grade and having relevant experience. Or

Officers in the pay-scale of Rs.9300-34800/- (PB-2) G.P. Rs.4600/- with 7 yearsregular service in the grade and having relevant experience. And

Processing following educational qualifications /experience

a) Masters Degree of a recognized university.b) Degree in Library Science from a recognized university.c) 5 years experience in Library Administration worksd) Proficiency in one of the regional languages as well as

proficiency in Hindi and English

e) Certificate course in computer application equivalent to O levelFoundation course from a DOEACC recognized institute.
