    II. INTRODUCTION

MED101 Diagnostic Center at #74 Villongco St. BarangayCommonwealth Quezon City Headed by Mrs. Michelle R. Ayapana.

At first I didnt like to have my OJT at MED101 because it is a

normal and small clinic and I am not satisfied because I didnt

reach my expectation but as I looked at the brighter side I also

    want to thanked the owner.

I learned a lot of lessons and gained a lot of experiences, like

on how to deal with the patient and how to treat them well, andother office work.

    IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY

What I have observed at MED101 proper uniform, awareness on the en-

    vironment and on time.

The strength and challenges of this company is that they encounter

some patient who shout with; but they handle with some kind of attitude be-cause it is normal to them , they just only gave a smile .

I think the best practice of this company is that how to handle and use

    the machine ECG and ULTRASOUND.

My over-all observation in MED101 is clearly communicated to each

othervery dedicated to work and they give (3) chance to ask or correct

    mistake .

    V. PERIODIC REPORTS (daily, weekly, monthly)

What we do daily are the following: Releasing the result of a x-ray and ultrasound

    Assisting the patient

    Personal information of patient

What we do weekly are the following:

    Filling Encoding

What we do monthly are the following: Auditing all net income

During my whole training in MED101 Diagnostic Center, I think the

problem/s that I have encountered is I gave a wrong information to the pa-

tient when they asking me if the doctor is already arrive, and I said yes but

    he is not.

    D. Best experiences on the job:

My best experiences in MED101 is when patients want to see their

baby using ultrasound its seems that they are very happy and excited its

hard to explain how happy they are, it doesn't matter to know if either a

boy or girl but the most important is the baby is healthy .

    E. Evidence of Background preparation:

Faults committed (its causes and suggestion given by the supervisor)

On time after lunch, No red ball pen and listen carefully on transcription.
