Jamie Fenton On receiving the £50 cheque Jamie Fenton commented: “Putting litter in the bin is the only way to deal with litter. That is how I have been brought up and that has been reinforced through educational messages at school. Those people who do not put litter in the bin or do not clean up after their dog are not acting responsibly within society”.
