Information Service

• 一定要先注册（免费）• 有些服务需要在个人计算机上安装必要

的软件 　 RSS ：需要安装 RSS 阅读器 　 IE 快捷检索工具条：　　　　　安装 NCBI Search Toolbar

前提条件　

• 保存检索史：方便下次使用• 电子邮件通知：及时获取最新信息• RSS 桌面推送：数据更新实时送达• 检索结果过滤筛选：满足对检出文献的特殊要求

方 式 　

登录 Access your My NCBI account• Two ways to access

your My NCBI account:

– From the upper right hand corner of the PubMed page

– From the blue side bar on the left hand side of the PubMed page

MyNCBI 用于存储检索史，便于跟踪检索（ E-mail) ；定制全文期刊链节；文献传递等服务。

填写注册信息

注册 Register

帐户初始化 Configure your account

• Access saved searches & collections 保存检索史 / 结果

• Set filters 过滤设置• Set Document Delivery optio

ns 文献传递• Select an Outside Tool• Set User Preferences 用户界

面设置• Change your Password 修改

密码• Sign out of your account 退出

设置检索过滤 Set your Filters

• Click on the Filters link from the blue side bar

Step 1: 选择数据库 Choose a database

• Click PubMed

Step 2: 设置选择 Quick Picks

在过滤设置中选择了“ Full text” ， 检索结果显示时便突出标明。默认只有“ Review” 。

建立专题文献集 My NCBI Collections

• Saving searches only deals with search strategies“Save Search ” 只能保存检索策略（史）

• Collections saves selected search results

“Collections” 能够将检索结果保存在 NCBI 系统中

Why Collections?– Clipboard will hold results - but only for

a limited time– Collections will hold results indefinitely

– Have access to those results anywhere you have access to your My NCBI account

– Useful for building a bibliography on a particular subject or by a particular author

创建： Create a Collection

Step1:Select citations & send them to the Clipboard

Step2:Access the ClipboardStep3:Use the “Send to My

NCBI Collections” optionStep4:A new pop-up window

will appear…and…..

Start a new collection

You may choose to add these citations to an existing collection. Click this button and a list of your existing collections will appear. Choose the collection to which these citations will be added. 可以追加到原来的文献集中去

打开文献集 Access your Collections

Collections and Saved Searches appear together in your My NCBI account. Simply click “Collections” to access

前 提 条 件 1. 订阅 RSS 内容要先安装一个 R

有很多这方面的介绍，推荐“看天下网络资讯浏览器” 或“周博通 RSS 阅读器”。当然也可以使用其他类型的 RSS新闻阅读器，但要支持 RSS 2.0 标准。
