Youthexchange"2beEuropean"isaninternationalinitiative(Poland),Scambieuropei(Italy),ADTRE (Romania), (Bulgaria), (Turkey) atotalof30participants (6 fromeachorganisation),aged2328,whichmainobjective is to raise the awarenessof youngpeople, leaders, youthworkersregardingthe importanceofnonformaleducation,the importanceofcertificationofthisknowledgebyEuropeanstandards(Youthpass,europass).One of themost important aspects is to develop andwiden the recognition of this type ofknowledge, particularly of nonformal learning competencies . The most effective way toachievethisgoalistoinvitepeoplewhoworkinthesectortosharetheirideas,concepts,andeventuallydevelopednewtoolsandknowledgethatwillservetochangethisnegativeaspect.Forthegoalsoftheprojectconsider: familiarize participantswith the concept of Youthpass as an educational program and theopportunitiesofferedbytheErasmus+astrategybetterunderstandingofyouthworkandnonformaleducation develop the competence of participants in nonformal education strategy planning andinterculturallearningwithaparticularfocusonthestructureofthelearningprocessreplacementof toolsandmethodsused inworkingwithyoungpeople in the fieldof"selfeducation"andencouragethemtoparticipateactivelyinsociallifeunderstandingofthe8keycompetencesTheprojectwillemphasizetheimportanceoforganizationandreevaluatetheirowneducation,particularly through work in an intercultural environment , but also through theimplementation of their ideas in the work on the ground locally.TreningCourse2beEuropean,whichwillbeheldinWisa(Poland)http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wis%C5%82a,willconsistofthreebasicparts:ThepreparatoryperiodImplementation(02.12.09.12.2014)disseminationoftheprojectresultstotheendofitsduration.Theprojectobjectiveswillbeachievedbyusgradually,andclassesarearranged ina logicalmanner consistentwith the development of the group.We strongly believe that by sharingknowledgeandmutualexchangeofinformation,youngpeoplewillbeabletounderstandtheirrightsandobligationsincumbentuponthem.FINANCIAL CONDITIONS TransportationcostsofallparticipantswillbecoveredbyprojectbudgetuptoErasmus+limitsoftransportationcostsforpartnercountries(lookbelow).Transportationisreimbureseduptonationallimitsoftravel(lookbelow)onwaycityof

hostingorganisationWisa(venue)cityofhostingorganisation.Soallparticipants(bytheirpartnerorganisation)willhavetobuytheirticketsfromhometoWisa(Poland)andwewillpayuptolimitsoftransportationcostspercountryduringprojectactivitiesbycash.Duringprojectwewillhostyouinhotel/guesthousehttp://relakswisla.pl/.Allcostsrelatedtoaccomodation,andfood(3mealsperdaybreakfast,lunch,supper)willbecoveredbyProjectbudgetaswell.Wewillnotpaypreparationcostsforpartnerorganizationssinceitwillbecontributionfromsideofpartnerorganisationsaswealreadyinformedbeforeprojectapplication.Participantswillpay50eurocontributionbeforeTCaswell. Limitsoftransportationcostsforpartnercountriesare:Allamountsaboveareamountsprovidedforparticipant'sowncontribution!Exampleforitalianpaxplaneticketspurchasedfor300euros,willbereimbursedintheamountof275eurosParticipantsfromRomania275 willbereimbusedper participanttotal%100forwholegroupwillbe1650(max.)reimbursementforwholegroup.Youcanbuyticketsafter21.09.2014!beforethisdatewewillnotreimbuseit!Dontforgettobringinvoicesofyourtickets,sincewecannotreimburseanythingwithoutdocumentation.Boardingpassesarealsoveryimportantaswell.TRANSPORTATIONWisaiseasytoreachfrombigcitieslikeKrakworKatowice.WeofferYoutwooptions.Firstwewillprovidetransportationfromairporttovenue(Wisa).InthissituationYourlimitsoftransportationcostsforpartnercountrieswillbeabitlower(wewillhavetopayforshuttlebuses)SecondYouwillbeobligatedtoreachvenuebyYourself.TherearebusesandtrainsfromKatowiceandKrakwdailysinceitbecomesmorethan3fromeachcity.Youcancheckticketsandflightsfromwww.pkp.pl,http://www.pkskatowice.pl/rozkladjazdy/,http://www.mda.malopolska.pl/en.home.html.Sofeelfreetocheckconnectionsfromallthesecitiessincewehavelimitedbudgetforallgroups.Ifyouwillcometodifferentcitiespleassecontactwithusabouttransportationissuesfortosupportyouduringwholeprocess.
