Passionate about design, style and fashion, Japanese designer Sawako Furuno creates beautiful yet essential helmets to accompany stylish cyclists on their daily adventures.

Sawako designed the first SF collection in 2006, after being unable to find a helmet she dared to wear whilst cycling around London. She used her skills as a designer and an architect to make something chic for stylish cyclists around the world.

The tactile designs are inspired by the traditional patterns of her Japanese heritage and also by bolder animal prints and quintessentially British fashions.
