*Use a cell phone during working hours.*A tutor does not co-operate.*A tutor does not reply to LLC email.*A tutor does not come and cannot

contact to the LLC immediately.*A tutor’s attitude often changes.

*Role Play

*A tutor do not listen what the manager is saying or not listening other tutors.

*Two tutors working at 2 period. The manager is absent. Both of you started talking each other about non related at LLC. ( laugh a lot, make noise at the desk)
