What is Buoyant Force??Buoyant Force is.

An upward force resulting from an object being wholly or partially immersed in a fluid.

ARCHIMEDES PRINCIPLE

ARCHIMEDES PRINCIPLEState that, when an object is wholly or partially immersed in a fluid, it experiences a buoyant force equal to the weight of fluid displaced.

Hot Balloon The hot air in the balloon displaces the surrounding air, which is denser resulting in a bigger up thrust that causes the balloon to rise.

Submarine Has special compartments ballast tanks. In diving ballast tanks are flooded with sea water to increase the overall weight (higher than the buoyant force) When water is forced out of its ballast tanks, the submarine rises.
